  We have been guest to this property before...and will return! Everything was perfect...clean, neat and just as the photos show on the website. The house is convenient to the beach (literally foot steps away) and is very comfortable. Great location, location, location...can't wait to go back next summer!

  We styed over spring break. The home was beautiful and had all the needed amenities. The beach is just a very short walk away. The roof deck offers beautiful views of the city and ocean. Great location!

  We stayed at this home the first week of June with 3 kids. It was exactly as described and pictured! It is a beautiful home with high end amenities like heated bathrooms, spa shower, memory foam mattresses etc. We were very comfortable the entire stay. The home is within a minute walk of a beach that is secluded and beautiful! Beautiful rooftop views as well. Hans was always quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had. Thanks for a great stay, I highly recommend this home to everyone!

  Wow! I really lucked out! The photos look great but when you get to the property it is ten times better than the photos look. The place is very comfortable with high ceilings and comfortable beds and bathrooms. The living room is spacious with a view of the ocean. The plase is spotless. The roof top deck has a magnificent view of the ocean. Can easily fit 50 people on the roof deck that also has a gas barbeque, heat lamps and tables and chairs. The beach is just a one minute walk down the side walk. Very impressed with the neighborhood too; very quite, clean and if you are a guy like me you will like all the hot babes at the beach!!! I will stay here next year too!!!!

  I stayed for a week with my wife and two younger children. We found the house to be wonderful: contemporary, clean lines, beautifully appointed. The roof deck was spectacular, our kids couldn't get enough of the circular staircase leading up to the roof, where we spent every sunset admiring the gorgeous views. The general location was excellent as we would start our coastal walks at the end of the street and there were plenty of restaurant nearby. Can't wait to return in the Fall.

  We spent a wonderful week at this rental property in July. It is perfectly located on a quiet street and lets all the natural light of this beautiful destination in! We loved the observation deck. The house features very contempory fixtures and was extremely comfortable for our family and guests. Can't wait to go back next summer!

  The description of this place is accurate. The beach is really close with amazing views from the deck. The property was clean, well maintained and would definetly come back and chill out again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.
