Unique luxury 5 bedroom (approx. 300 sq m, 3,500 sq ft) property enjoying total privacy and quiet with spectacular and uninterrupted sea view. This magnificent contemporary villa recently fully refurbished with high levels of taste and attention to detail, completed in autumn 2009. Wooden and limestone flooring throughout, air conditioning, partial under floor heating, flat screen TVs in living room and two bedrooms.
Accommodation is over 3 levels and consists of ground floor self contained apartment with ensuite bathroom, on the middle level there are four bedrooms (with 3 ensuite bathrooms) and one main bathroom, the master suite comprises of private balcony, separate office and walk in wardrobe. On the top floor is the living area with a large open plan living, dining and kitchen leading out to large terrace and pool. All levels can be accessed by elevator (lift) or stairs. There is a double car garage and laundry room on the ground floor. Other features include alarm system, safe, wi-fi. Outside there are many private terraces, two storage rooms, outside toilet and outside shower.

We stayed in Eze July 2012, what a tremendous find in the south of France. A hidden treasure with spectacular views, all comforts imaginable, great location for peace and tranquility or exploring the Cote d Azur / Monaco. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

We stayed for week last may during the Monaco Grand Prix which we were attending. And by the way, I'm renting it again this year for the same purpose. The Villa has been recently renovated with a very good taste. Sober, modern with every facility you might want. There are 5 bedrooms, each has a different cachet. One of them consist in an independant studio. The view from the teck terrace is simply amazing and you can swim in the pool while watching yachts in the see. Lastly, but very importantly, the landlord is really nice and fully dedicated. She'll help you if anything should happen. I would recommend this house either for a group of friends or a large family. Enjoy.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
