  Spectacular place! I came from Brazil with my family and we had a spectacular moment in the house, the furniture is in great condition and everywhere is clean. It has a beautiful recreation area and is very close to the sightseeing tours of Los Angeles. Worth checking out!!

  I have stayed in HOHO many times before, but never have I stayed in a place as wonderful as this! This "diamond in the ruff" is perfect for those who wish to stay in the lap of luxury in a place that truly feels like home. The owners are extremely nice/helpful and have spared no expense at making sure that you have everything you need during your stay. This condo/loft is nestled in a quiet nook across from a beautiful park, but is still close to all of the nightlife and eclectic restaurants in NOHO! I would highly recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in NOHO!

  Arrived in LA for a 3 night stay. All facilities provided by the landlord was great. All that you need for a comfortable stay is right here. Close to Universal Studios, close to freeway entrance, and indoor parking means you have nothing to worry about in terms of finding a space. 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite, the noise can travel slightly so those sleeping in the loft bedroom can hear those still awake in the lounge and kitchen. Noise - not noisy at all, friendly neighbourhood. Fully recommended and will use again if I return back to LA.

  This was by far my best trip I have ever taken to LA and a large part of it was due to staying in this wonderful apartment. It's very spacious which fit me perfectly because I like a lot of space, the hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The pictures are very accurate and the property was very well maintained. I only requested their assistance once and they helped me without delay. The neighbors are very quiet and nice, the apartment is in a beautiful, secure neighborhood convenient to all major attractions while only a 30-45 min drive from the beach *depending on traffic :o)*. It's very easy to find, after two days I didn't need GPS to travel back and forth. The bed was comfy, shower amazing, and awesome balcony view. I literally did not want to leave after a week of being there it felt like I was living in the complex with everyone, it was truly a dream and I look forward to returning in the near future. Thanks Gary, Shannon, and Stefan!

  This place exceeded every expectation I had. Anything you can think of, this place had. Furnished beautifully, very clean and well maintained, makes you feel right at home. This place ranks amongst the best places Ive ever stayed in...anywhere. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone.

  My husband and I stayed here with our two little ones, my mom, my nephew and two nieces in July 2010. We had plenty of room for everyone. The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There was plenty of parking underneath, but since we had a rooftop carrier on our vehicle, we parked on the street, with no issues. We were very close to Graumann's Chinese Theatre and the Walk of Fame as well as Universal Studios, although we did not go there. The owner was very friendly and helpful when setting up my reservations. We had to be aware of the people living in the other units since we were in the upstairs unit with small kids. Staying here was much better for our group than staying in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend.

  My family and I just got back from California and we had a great stay at this fine Condo. Gary could not have been more helpful, and the space was great. The neighbors were almost non-existent. We are so pleased we chose to stay here and would stay again in the future. Be confident about staying here on your next vacation to California as well.

  If you are looking for a place to stay in North Hollywood, look no further. After the inevitable hassles of traveling, walking into this rental makes you feel at ease. From the classy decor and artwork to the comfortable layout and cleanliness, we felt right at home. After a quick shop at the nearby grocery this kitchen has everything you need to make great meals. Also, an outdoor grill. If not, restaurants, coffee shops, clubs, and convenience stores are within walking distance. Garaged parking in a very secure building also made for a pleasant stay. There is a wonderful park right across the street and major attractions are easily accessible with highway exits close by. After staying at many hotels over the years, this experience gave me a new outlook on travel. The property owner and manager were easy to reach and very friendly. Attention to detail and customer service is what made this place one of my favorite travel destinations. When planning our next trip to North Hollywood, we are very excited that we don't have to look for a place to stay!!

  My family and I recently stayed here and loved it! The place is beautiful with amazing decor. We felt close to everything and didnt need our rental car much at all, which is rare in LA. The staff is always there if you need them and I felt totally secure in the building. I traveled with my 2 year-old for the first time and I was a little worried before we left, but as soon as we got there she settled right in like it was her second home, with the park right across the street and the city zoo, 10 minutes away, it was a perfect family vacation!
