  • True Hollywood

"My husband and I spent a month in the neo-Hollywood splendor of Villa Vue. I felt as if I should have brought my Silk charmeuse peignoir as Rita Hayworth would have on her way to the glam pool area. The house is beautifully eclectically outfitted. Lush sofa, here, cool 70's chairs there in huge dining living room. The master bedroom is something out of a dream. Huge and minimally decorated . Guess rooms all outfitted with TV Phone , air conditioning. And a cooks kitchen to boot‼️ Did I tell you about the master bath overlooking the pool?! I can go on and on.. this is Hollywoood- cub- Beverly Hills at its best. BRAVI"

  • A very pleasant stay

"We loved the location of this property. It is on a quiet street but very close to down town Avalon. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The house was comfortable and suited us very well. We would recommend this property to friends."

  • Stunning Life-Affirming View of Pacific, Charming Ambience, Convenient Location

"I stayed here on business and found this ocean-view home a great value for the Los Angeles area. A French Country-style getaway, this rental pretty much offers a 180 degree unrestricted western view of the Pacific Ocean that goes from Catalina Island on the south to the northern tip of Malibu. The home has three bedrooms and two baths. It's very comfortable, clean, well-maintained and "classy casual" in decor; very livable. Once you are inside or, better yet, sitting on its west-facing lanai, you are transported to a timeless and peaceful place; it's really hard to imagine you are living in one of the world's major metropolitan areas. By day, I'm a busy media and advertising executive; when I come "home", this house is a perfect haven or retreat for peaceful reflection, inner healing, or bringing out that creative writer in you! It has a two-car attached garage and is in a very walkable, safe, and peaceful neighborhood. Most anything you need for shopping or living is located within a few minutes drive; you never really have to leave the neighborhood. It's an incredibly difficult place to give-up once your stay is over (sigh)..."

  • Excellent studio with views even a celebrity could die for! Great location, excellent support.

"No words can describe how fun our trip to California was because of Scott! The place is beyond amazing and the views had us stunned. Simple as that. His knowledge of the local area, along with a few helpful texts here and there made us feel even more comfortable. We arrived and he gave us a tour of the place and what you could see from the amazing balcony overlooking Sunset Strip and basically ALL of Los Angeles and views of Hollywood and Catalina Island. You're in the Hills! Surrounded by celebrities and historical sights, alike. I felt like a star the week we were out here driving past all the homes up the Hollywood Hills at night. It is truly an amazing place. If you want a getaway, this is the place. If you want romance, this is it. Everything you could possibly need (including towels, utensils, bowls, and cups) was provided. No words can describe the area and the reasonable price for the area. If you want a luxury hotel, go ahead and get it. You won't get the view or luxury feeling. If you book anywhere else, really think about your options and find someone who knows the area and is helpful and friendly, as Scott was! Great place, great location, easy accessibility."
