  With thanks and extreme appreciation to the generosity of my brother Scott and his wife Andrea, our family was able to come together for the ultimate celebration, to honor our Mom's 80th birthday at Casa Belle. I am still in awe, every time I think of the days there with my family. It was the experience-of-a-lifetime, I know each family member feels the same. I have been trying to come up with the right words but I'll have to use these 'regular' words because no new extra-special ones have evolved in the mean time :) Thank you for providing this venue so that we could enjoy this unique and exquisite experience. To share this with my family was a special bonding experience beyond my dreams. It was magic xoxoxo

  Our family reunion was just superb at Charmaine and Rob’s fabulous house. The favorite spot for us was the outdoor kitchen. We loved it. A typical night began in the outdoor kitchen amoungst a beautiful setting overlooking the lake. The view was fabulous! First off Margarita’s were the call followed by an ever changing daily extraordinary meal extravaganza. Lingering around the outdoor kitchen and or jumping in the hot tub to admire the view a wee bit longer was a popular pastime after everyone was well stuffed from feasting. Charmaine and Rob you were superb fun hosts. The best! Always there to accommodate. Thank you so much for sharing your truly magnificent home with us. We would love to come back some day!

  My brother and sister-in-law treated us to a week at Casa Belle for our mother's 80th birthday in mid July . All five of his sisters,husbands, nieces,nephews etc experienced a week of true bliss. We had a fantastic time! Not only was the weather exceptionable the house was perfect with room for all of us. Dinner was held nightly at the outdoor kitchen area which was everyone's favorite gathering/eating area. The view was stunning! Sun and endless water activities certainly kept us busy during the day. Thank-you Char and Rob for letting us share your beautiful home for a truly amazing week.

  Casa Bella is a large high-end home located in Carr's Landing, about a 30 minute drive north of Kelowna. The house is very well equipped, with all of the kitchen appliances and consumer electronics that you would expect from a high-end house. The pool table is of good quality and received a surprisingly large amount of use during our stay. The only thing missing was the ability to plug our iPod/iPhones into the music system, though the owners indicated that they will make this available soon. The house is well maintained and was very clean on our arrival. The house is large with lots of open spaces (both inside and out) and, because it sits about 15 meters above the lake, offers tremendous views. Access to the lake is easy, with an elevator for the less able and stairs for the impatient. The water was warm and clear, with great swimming right off the beach or from the dock (which had an excellent ladder). We rented a ski boat for the week and appreciated having use of the boat lift. The owners were knowledgeable, helpful, readily available to answer questions and relaxed. We can't imagine anyone not having a great week at Casa Bella.

  I enjoyed my stay more than word could describe. The property is stunning and in immaculate condition. I made memories in this home which I will carry with me for a lifetime. Thank you so much Char and Rob, you are wonderful people and it's only fitting that you own such an amazing home which you were willing to share with my wife and I. We miss you and hope to see you again some day soon!

  My family (4 adults, 5 children ages 3-13) spent one week in August at this luxurious home. The kitchen was fully equipped with what was needed to cook meals. Bedrooms very comfortable and all have TVs. We all enjoyed the in-house stereo system as well. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub which was a good spot to get together and talk about the day. Plenty of seating on the wharf while keeping an eye on the kids. My friends from Victoria came and spent 4 days at a B&B just down the road, which was very convenient. And last but not least --the owners Charmeyn, Rob and Gloria. Extremely friendly, accommodating and live close by. (PS My 3 year old grandson thinks I own this house) Oh well, he will find out one day!!! Cheers, Sheryl

  A number of the previous reviews fits to a tee how this rental simply blows you away so I wanted to highlight our specific experience. We held our wedding at the Casa Belle this September and it became the perfect setting for our small intimate gathering! It not only became a retreat for all, but the space was shared for celebration over four days. For some folks that did not need to venture out for a bit to the nearby cities, they had so much to enjoy in and around the house to be entertained. We definitely could have stayed a few more days!  We had the ceremony and cocktail hour on the gorgeous patio that was so romantic. Love the exposed rockface! The house is so versatile, the dock, beach, patio or inside (with the gorgeous views) could all be wonderful venues! The house is adorned with many elements to enjoy and for the event, we were able to add our decorative wedding theme touches to the spacious patio and elegant dining room. Morning coffee on the dock and an end of the day dip in the hot tub were favourite times! Big thanks to Rob and Charmeyn who were so pleasant and accommodating during our stay.

  I can sit here and try to describe how beautiful Casa Belle really is, but I can't. You need to experience this breath taking piece of work in person to truely appreciate it. The pictures really showcase the home but to feel the warmth it requires a stay. We got married on Sunday July 10th, 2011 and I literally didn't leave the house until we checked out on Friday the 15th. Why leave a place when you have everything you need?!! From swimming and boating in the lake to having a few cold ones on numerous decks overlooking dream like scenery. We appreciated your hospitality Rob and Charmeyn you have a beautiful home. Thank you

  Want a little piece of heaven? Then have your family stay at Casa Belle! Our family was very fortunate to choose Casa Belle to celebrate our parents' 50th Anniversary. The panoramic views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking. This unique home was spacious, clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was large with quality amentities which made it a pleasure to cook in. The bedrooms were roomy and very comfortable. We made use of the beach area, hot tub, outdoor summer kitchen, pool table, dart board, media room and the numerous deck areas. So many amentities in the house to enjoy! It was total luxury. This home far exceeded our expectations. Casa Belle was a great choice for our family celebration. Casa Belle is truly a gem in the Okanagan!! We especially want to thank the owners for being such friendly and gracious hosts. They treated us like we were members of their family. Thanks for the great memories! We highly recommend staying at Casa Belle. It is a real gem!

  We recently had a "womens weekend getaway" to Kelowna to reconnect with friends and enjoy some wine tours, and were so fortunate enough to be able to stay in such an amazing home. Words can not describe and pictures dont fully capture the true beauty and attention to detail throughout this home! Every room has amazing views, every floor has sundecks over looking the lake and the large deck with the hot tub, outdoor kitchen and rock face wall was INCREDIBLE and certainly one of many of our favourite hang out spots (there are so many)! To be able to go down to the beach and have a campfire each night was a real treat. Charmeyn and Rob were very gracious hosts and answered all our questions and inquiries promptly and were truly concerned about making sure we had a great experience in their home! We can't wait to come back and are already talking about next years trip!
