Three level unit:

The upper level has two master bedrooms w/ vaulted ceilings / private master baths and TV/DVD's. One bedroom is especially large with an open loft, indoor hot tub, Sony Vaio pc w/ work station, printer/fax/high/speed modem, etc.

The middle level has one master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, master bath & TV/DVD. Also on this floor are the kitchen, dining and great rooms. The two story glass great room was remodeled and expanded for 2010. New flat screen over the fireplace, a 525 watt surround sound/stereo, 135+ movie DVD's and a music CD library. The lower level has two additional bedrooms geared towards kids. One room has a queen bed with no bath. The other is the fun bunk room that sleeps six. (3 sets of twin over full bunk beds) Being recently added, these cozy bedrooms have no exterior windows but have really cool lighting and effects. Both bedrooms are completely new/remodeled for 2009. Bedrooms share a travertine/slate full bath. On this floor, the bedrooms have their own 42' FLATSCREEN TVs w/ DVD & tons of video games. Hundreds of DVDs plus over 50 kid's movies to watch.

Also on this floor is the "party area" with a beautiful new knotty pine professional pool table, granite wet bar, new 42' flatscreen, executive refrigerator/dishwasher/microwave, mini-stereo, commercial stand-up video arcade machine, and a working slot machine.

Your ski/boot storage AND COMMERCIAL BOOT DRYER are also on this floor.(dries/warms 8 boots or gloves in 20 minutes, AWESOME!!)

CENTRAL HUMIDIFIER to keep you comfortable and your winter "high altitude dryness" in check. Try to find that in other units! Small portable humidifiers in bedrooms in case you are extra sensitive. Humidified air makes your vacation more comfortable, that is a fact!

Why the Owner Chose Stonebridge

Utah arguably has the best skiing in the world. Little Cottonwood Canyon often gets over 700 inches of powder annually (more than double Colorado). When I was younger I skiied almost everywhere in North America and most of Europe. After every trip my friends and I came up with the same conclusion... there is no place better than Utah. And Park City is in the middle of ten great Utah resorts.

We have four kids and Deer Valley (which is in Park City) is incredibly family friendly. It wins "Best Family Resort" most every year. If you want the best skiing in the world and a great place for your family.. well it is a no brainer. I really do not feel that is overstated.

The Unique Benefits at this 3 Level Condominium

Our business model has always been the same. Charge less and deliver more than the competition. People not only return, they refer others. The average condo in Deer Valley rents for three weeks per season. Both of our units have sold out the entire 16 week ski season for 8 years running! Despite the rental income, we have never taken a dollar of profit. We have put all money back into the units to keep them remodeled and in excellent condition. Renters are always happy and always seem to treat our home respectfully. Judy, our manager, keeps in touch to make sure your stay is optimum. We have never had an unhappy renter and we never want to.

Snow Park (Deer Valley's main lift)

Snow Park is 850 yards (1/2 mile) from the condo. The free shuttle stops at your front door and takes you directly to Snow Park. It takes only 90 seconds!

Main Street

Stonebridge is very close to Main Street and its many restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance ...at least when the sidewalks are not covered with snow!

Tracy and I have four kids. The three girls like to take the quick shuttle to Deer Valley for half a day and then shop. The boys like to drive to Alta / Snowbird and ski the gnarly stuff till closing.

    • We have previously rented other homes in Park City but this is our favorite and we have rented this condo for 5 years in a row. In addition to the great location, the unit is spacious. We have had 10-12 people each year and do not feel crowded. The 4 kids in our group love the 1st floor with bunkroom, video games and pool table. We hope to rent a 6th year.

    • Great condo for a family gathering. Our family used both condos while we were there for a wedding. It was so much better than staying at a hotel! Everything stated in the vrbo. listing was correct. The only negative thing I would comment on was that the upstairs bedroom with the indoor hot tub was beautiful but it was open like a loft bedroom so you could hear everything down in the family room and kitchen. I guess if everyone in your group has the same sleeping hours it wouldn't be a problem. It had a great location and I would recommend it.

    • Our extended family really enjoyed our 3-day stay at 1140 Stonebridge! The location is perfect--only a 10-15 minute walk to Main Street or take the free shuttle literally across the street. The home is well appointed with lots of entertainment options. We appreciated the 3 master bedrooms, and privacy that 3 floors of living space provides. It was a wonderful vacation thanks to great accomodations.

    • We had a wonderful family vacation in Deer Valley. This condo is spacious enough for a large family gathering. The three levels gives everyone plenty of space to escape when needed. The location is perfect to see Park City, Jordanelle Reservoir, and the Uintah Mountains. A short evening walk up the hill and you can even feed the ducks.

    • President's week 2007 was our second (but certainly not our last) stay at 1140 Stonebridge. We were 10 people (5 adults and 5 children)and never felt crowded. The unit is immaculate and comfortable as well as conveniently located to the ski resorts and town. We cannot wait to get back!!!
