Located on Deer Valley Drive in Lower Deer Valley (Snow Park - see link to map) your condo is just a half mile to the Deer Valley lift, two miles to the Park City lift, five miles to The Canyons, 30 minutes to Solitude, Brighton, Alta and Snowbird. 35 minutes to Airport. Step out your door to the free Park City bus loop which takes you to Deer Valley, Park City, and Canyons ski areas. The bus also takes you to the beautiful town of Park City (half mile) Buses run every ten minutes in season.
This unit has three levels. The upper level has two master bedrooms with private baths and TV/DVD's. Hot tub. The middle level has one master bedroom/private bath, TV/DVD. The second floor also has the kitchen, dining and great room. The two story glass great room has a new home theater BIG SCREEN HDTV with 525 watt surround sound and stereo, 135 movie DVD/VHS and 50 music CD library. The stone fireplace burns real wood. Wood floors with rustic throw carpets.
The lower level has two additional sleeping rooms geared towards kids. One room has a queen and one has a trundle which converts to two twin beds. Being recently added, these cozy rooms have no exterior windows or walk-in closets. They share a new travertine/slate full bath. The kids also get a new TV/DVD with Game Cube/games and over 50 kid's movies to watch.
The new cedar sauna is on this level along with the "party area" with a beautiful new knotty pine pool table, professional foosball table, granite wet bar, executive refrigerator/dishwasher/microwave, mini-stereo, commercial stand-up video arcade machine, and a real slot machine (sorry, tokens only!).

Best of all the central humidifier will keep you comfortable and your "high altitude dryness" in check throughout this beautiful unit! Try to find that in other units! Bedrooms also have small portable humidifiers in case you are extra sensitive to the dry mountain air. Humidified air will make your vacation more comfortable.
Have your kitchen/bar pre-stocked (minimal charge) per your desire. We can help make your stay extra memorable by divulging "locals only secrets" about shopping, activities, ski areas, parking and the US Olympic Park. (We may be able to connect you to available run times on the Olympic Park bobsled with an Olympic driver!)
