Our place is fabulously decorated and very charming. From the hardwood floors to the open-beam ceilings you will feel right at home. From the spacious deck, you can hear the waves and enjoy the wonderful view of the ocean. At night, you can leave the windows open to enjoy the tropical breeze and waves lapping onto the shore. During the day, take a walk up the beach or drive to the Fort Morgan State Park. There is a full-service marina just four blocks away and three golf courses within a few miles.

Kalans Beach Kottage had everything. Beautiful decorations on the inside and beautiful white clean beach on the outside. Very, Very close to the beach. Our family laughed and played together all week. The two year old twins loved playing in the sand in the back yard. From the front deck we saw dolphins every day. Very well stocked kitchen. Everything was as advertised. Even the owner called to check in with us. We hope to see you again next year. K.C.

February 24, 2010My wife and I had the opportunity to stay at Kalan’s Kottage for the last 10 days. We were very pleased with the home, it was very clean and as listed on the web site. Both my wife and I agree this was one of our favorite vacations, quite and relaxing with miles of beautiful beaches to walk. The owner was great to work with, I would highly recommend this home for your vacation and I am looking forward to a return trip.

Wonderful home!! We stayed there over Christmas '03, and we're going back this Christmas. So quiet and away from the busy city activities. I don't know if it's 10 steps to the beach like the owner says, more like 12. But easy to get to and very comfortable home. And CLEAN.
