  the unit and accomodations were excellent. I did have a couple if issues I wanted to ask the owner about upon first arriving. The owner had sent me an email with her number and the number for two managers to contact if questions arose. I was very annoyed and disappointed that I was unable to reach anyone when I attempted calls to all three. I also never received a return call from my messages. The front storm door was broken, both hinge and piston, and additionally would not lock

  we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to your condo. it is clean, new and would be ideal for a family. it was not perfect for our group of 3 over 60 couples. 1 couple in our group was disabled and could not execute the stairs, all of the bedrooms are on the secound floor. there were only 2 bathrroms upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs, not 3 bathrooms as advertized. there is not a dining area, what is available is a tall table with 2 chais and a counter with 2 chairs, there is not area for more than 4 peple to eat at a table and no area to ply cards or games. (we puchase a card table so we could eat and play games together). the owner and her representative were extremely nice, easy to work with and helpful. again, the condo is very nice for the right people.

  Our family of four had a wonderful time at this property. It was close enough to walk into town but out in the country where wildlife was right outside our windows everyday. Everything was provided that could be needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the ease of having a garage too. The bedding was comfortable, and the laundry room was upstairs near all the bedrooms for convenience. Very comfortable and enjoyable. We appreciate this property being available to rent and we would definitely stay here again. Would recommend this great property to family and friends!

  I feel for the owner. It's a nice property but the staff needs to be changed. First the cleanliness is a concern. Pots and pans, some glasses had let overs from a previous guest. The worst ....... wine glasses with stain on the rim from the previous person. The Wifi didn't work. I called the manager and reported it as well as the storm door falling off the hinges. Nothing heard from them for the 3 days. I retrieved my own tools to put the storm door back in the frame. It wouldn't close and eventually destroy the frame. I feel bad for the owner. I have vacation properties and am always concerned I hear the issues of what wasn't right during a visit. One other suggestion. Organize the drawers in the kitchen. I don't think you really know what is in your inventory but, several drawers had empty plastic bags and paper loosely thrown in them to make it appear as trash. I'm sorry to be so negative but all the items promised weren't available to us and when we asked for help we were ignored.

  Owner response: I am sorry that this was your experience. We found out that the wireless server we use was down all around town that particular day. As for the wine glasses, it is hard to check each one that previous guests have run through the dish washer and returned to the cupboard, but we will keep an eye on things. The door has been repaired, but tends to receive wind damage because of its location. We are working on preventing that from happening in the future.

  My family couldn't have asked for better accommodations! We were attending the Scottish Festival and stayed in the condo for 3 nights. The location of condo was convenient yet in a super quiet neighborhood. The condo was as advertised; beds were very comfortable and unit was in excellent condition and clean. We really enjoyed sitting outside and using the patio for evening dining. The views from the condo were amazing. We had 5 adults and a 2-year old and had plenty of room for everyone. I would definitely return to this unit and know my family members couldn't agree more!

  We enjoyed a wonderful family time together and found this property to be very suitable to our group. The location is very convenient to businesses in town and to adventures away from town. Two details i might address - the description indiciates there are 3 baths. I would say it's 2 1/2 baths as there are two full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstaires. This worked fine for us as we're a close famly but if the situation was three couples/families, a third full bath would be preferred. The kitchen provided most items we needed other than one or two pitchers would have been helpful. The property was very clean other than one of the bunk beds had a bedspread that had a great deal of cat hair or some type of pet hair. This was surprising to find as the property is promoted as a no-pet property. The two times we contacted the property mgr with a question, he/she was very quick to respond which was appreciated. I think we would rent this property again. Thank you for a great time of family & fun!

  We had a great time in Estes. The condo is in a great location - we walked downtown and to the grocery store, and at the same time we felt like we were isolated. We were able to see deer and elk feeding right out of the window! We have a young daughter and the place was very accommodating with a pack 'n play, booster seat, stroller and hiking packs right there for us. She loved the bunk beds and the wildlife outside. We were really surprised about how great the weather was this early in the Spring. There were no crowds, but the lower mountain hiking was great - clear trails and open parking lots. No waits at downtown restaurants.

  We recently stayed at this property and really enjoyed it's proximity to shopping, the Visitor's Center and the Rocky Mountain National Park. It was spacious, quiet and very clean and the log railing on the staircase was charming. It was also so convenient to park the car in the garage, using the automatic door opener and unload everything. This place is geared for people who like to fish!
