Cabane Vintage avec bain Ă  remous, emplacement pratique en ville et vue sur la montagne!

Nous avons acheté le chalet Spruce Drive en 2015 et nous travaillons fort pour le restaurer depuis son charme d'origine.

Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Y compris la ville, le parc national, les boutiques, les restaurants, le célÚbre hÎtel Stanley, Fall River et plus encore ...

Notre cabine est à une promenade TRÈS FACILE de tout ce que le centre-ville de Estes Park a à offrir. Faites du shopping à votre guise, rendez-vous dans certains de vos restaurants préférés et découvrez les festivals locaux, défilés, marché de producteurs et événements spéciaux ... tous sans soucis de stationnement!

De plus, nous sommes à seulement 5 minutes en voiture des entrées de Fall River et de Beaver Meadows du parc national des Rocheuses.

Profitez d'une vue sur la montagne depuis le bain à remous aprÚs une journée de randonnée! Admirez la faune qui serpente dans le quartier! Ou tout simplement, prenez l'ambiance d'un quartier vintage d'Estes Park et du chalet Spruce Drive !!

Everything was wonderful! Great location, lots of information to help with plans and pretty much everything we could have needed! The only things I could say need attention are the blinds and the TV. Most of the blinds did not go up and the TV didn't have basic cable to watch the local forecast. We made do though with our own devises. The hot tub was amazing and we had elk and bunnies in the yard. I would stay here again. :) Ellen

Cabin was great! Clean, cozy and had all the amenities needed. Location was ideal, just a short walk to town. Hostess was easily reached as we had an issue with key code initially, but this was taken care of in a timely fashion. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

Perfect location, very easily walkable to town with little kids to avoid parking downtown. House was a great landing pad after exploring RMNP. Hot tub was a nice perk!! Had pack n play and a high chair in the closet for our 1 year old! Easy check out procedure, not too much to do other than strip the beds. Suggestions: a few kid friendly dishes like a plastic cup or two and smaller utensils.Highly recommend. Hosts were super nice and responsive.

House was very cozy...needs a little TLC and a new bulb in TV. Handle on bathroom cabinet needs a new screw and front door could use weather strip. The stove looked new, but was not vented as far as we could tell. Was also invection cooktop, so pots and pans at the house did not work! Hot tub needed to be shocked to get green slime gone.

We used this cute cabin as base camp for the scittish irish highland festival. It was walking distance to the main drag in town which saved us on parking. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub at night.

Excellent stay! Clean house, had everything we needed, walking distance to downtown. You might need to replace the TV in the living room soon though, it has a replace the bulbs message on it when you turn it on :-)

Cute cabin, great location

My wife, our two teen boys, and I stayed here for four days in mid July while alternating between RMNP and walking around Estes Park.When we checked in, the cabin was unpleasantly warm at 81 degrees, which is when I discovered that the air conditioning mentioned in the amenities only exists in the upstairs bedroom, which was nice and cool. Plenty of fans are provided, so between those and opening all the windows, it was comfortable by about bedtime. After that we kept the downstairs windows open and the fans on, and it never got above 75. This is probably as hot as it gets for Estes Park and any other time of the year I don't see it being an issue.The beds are really comfortable, and we all rested very well. The bathroom is small but serviceable and we never ran out of hot water. Laundry machines were nice to have too.The kitchen features a very nice oven induction cooktop combo that I enjoyed using to fix a few dinners, plus a good quality grill outside, a nice quiet dishwasher, and a freezer that already had ice in it, which is rare in our travels. I appreciated being able to alternate cooking with going out. I did have to buy a knife at a kitchen store in town though, as the provided ones are cheap, floppy and dull. But I brought it home with me and now I have a nice new knife.We LOVED the location. It's walking distance to most of the eating and drinking options, and we saw deer in the driveway. Easy to get in and out of, quiet, and close to RMNP.A nice stay!

Bear cabin

This cabin is located in a great neighborhood right behind the main downtown road of shops and restraints and just a few miles from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We loved the location and would stay in the area again! You will see wildlife which was a really fun experience for our young kids. Bears do roam the area at night, lock you car!

Clean and cozy!

We loved our stay in this vintage cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the grill and the hot tub and both were in good working condition. We also loved the close proximity to town. It was a very short walk and allowed us to avoid downtown parking. I would also like to add that the neighbors where very pleasant and we enjoyed talking to them.

Has Character

We love Estes Park! This cabin was very close to town and was quiet. It does have some charm to it. There is a thermostat that is loose on the wall, no smoke detector in the master bedroom, some loose handles in the bathroom, and there was a ton of lint in the dryer filter, and when we did laundry, the water backed up into the tub, and the holder for the shower head is broken. Also, the up stairs bedroom is not for and adult, I hit my head 7 times. LOL Non of this however is a deal breaker. The place is fine for a place to lay your head at night and the hot tub seald the deal!

Perfect little getaway

This little cabin was great for our group of four teachers getting away for the weekend. It was a nice walking distance to town. Had a great hot tub and everything that we needed for our weekend stay.

Cute cabin

Great location. Communication with host easy & prompt. As another review stated, just could use some TLC. It is a charming cabin and so much to do in Estes park, you’re really just there for sleep but- just some little fixes would make the cabin look better & give it a cleaner feel. For example, the paper shade covering skylight in master bedroom was ripped and hanging down. Wall in bathroom next to shower desperately needs repair and some of the fixtures on cabinet in bathroom broken. Just minor repairs I wanted to do myself! Hot tub had overpowering chlorine smell so we didn’t use. Still, a great little cabin!
