Fore! Welcome to the Sixth Fairway, a quiet refuge located (you guessed it!) along the sixth fairway of the Estes Park 18 Hole golf course. This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom townhouse is perfect for up to 6 guests. Enjoy a walk or very short drive into Town, about 1.8 miles. Walk to your tee time or enjoy the views over the golf course and the mountains surrounding the area. The 18-hole golf course is also a great place for wildlife viewing, so keep an eye out for elk, deer, and all kinds of birds.

Loved the location, the space was perfect for our needs! King beds were appreciated, kitchen was user friendly. Mountains were gorgeous and elk and deer were a bonus :)

Great location. Lots of wildlife around. The condo really needs some care. The upstairs bathroom door knob does not work and if you close it and it latches, good luck getting out! Also, the tub/shower is Extremely slick. They really need to supply a rubber mat or install grip tape. Bedroom carpets seemed really dirty. Will not be staying there again.

Lovely stay in Estes Park

Had a wonderful time at the Sixth Fairway! Easy to get anywhere in town and it was quiet, clean and well furnished. The perfect home base for our vacation.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

This property is so cute, quiet and clean. We used the washer and dryer after hikes and sat on the back porch for relaxation. It was so lovely and comfortable. My bestie and I loved our stay. It was stoked with everything we needed.

Cozy and awesome condo with wonderful views and location. The place was stocked with everything you could need and even included a washer and dryer. Back porch provided great views in the evening. Location was an easy drive to downtown Estes, we would stay here again!

Perfect location to Rocky Mountain

This property was perfect for our family of 4! It was a short drive to RMNP, shops, movies, and restaurants. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen. Which we cooked in a few nights. It was clean and nice view of the golf course. We saw deer right outside our front door! I would highly recommend and would love to return someday!

Estes Trip

All was very nice. Two things I would recommend. More towels left for guests. We washed a load ourselves. Air conditioning of some sort or more fans. It cools off nice in the night but the east west sun really heats up the place.

Perfect Place For Us

This is an older, clean, well kept townhouse. Quiet location, on a golf course, approximately two miles from downtown Estes. The address is Saint Vrain Avenue (Highway 7), however the property is down an access road and not directly on Highway 7. We appreciated the view from the kitchen and second bedroom and the in-unit washer/dryer. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed well stocked, as did the baths and laundry. There were a few easily resolvable issues regarding checkin. I needed to call for the door code. There was an alarm sounding when we entered the unit. The thermostats were set at 60 degrees in the winter making for a frosty first night. Regardless, I would not hesitate to book again!

Location was amazing. Check in was a breeze. Great communication with hosts. Property was clean and in a great central location. The only downfall was the upstairs bathroom the door kept getting stuck making it hard to get out. The beds were big and spacious but not very comfortable. All things considered it was a great stay and we would return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sixth fairway in Estes Park. We saw wildlife from front and back deck ( deer in front with their fawns, elk in back with their calf). The condo was as advertised and worked out great for our group. Thank you

Short stay

We stayed 2 days on our way home from a family trip. The kids wanted to see elk and within five minutes of arriving there was a big herd on the golf course behind the house. The house was very clean and looked like the pictures. The only complaint we had was the couch cushion on the pullout couch needs to be replaced because it is flaking off and the washer needs to be cleaned.

RMNP Trip

We stayed here for a few days while hiking at RMNP. The place was great. Throughout our stay, we saw a lot of Elk on the golf course behind the propery - which was fun, and it was very close to the park entrance (10 min), clean, and well-stocked for cooking. My only negative, that we missed this on the listing, was that it did not have A/C at all. No central A/C and they did not offer and plug-in A/C systems. When I asked about this, they said it was common that places in the area did not have A/C. There were ceiling fans upstairs, but those alone struggled to get it cool. We were traveling with a toddler, so this was a bigger deal to us than it may have been to some. As a recommendation to the host, providing a plug-in floor A/C unit, especially during peak summer, would be nice. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone. It really was good - just calling out the A/C so others are not surprised as well.

Great stay

This was our second stay at this property. The location is great, and it has comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, and a view of the golf course. Estes Park, RMNP and the surrounding areas offer plenty of activities to fill a five-day trip.
