Our beautiful South facing lakeside villa is the perfect location for your dream vacation. So close to theme parks yet set in a peaceful private community with a stunning lake view. What could be better than relaxing with a drink around your own private pool as the sun goes down. You really can visit the parks in the morning and then return to relax around the pool and watch the wildlife before returning in the evening.
SUNSET LAKES is a gated community set in conservation woodland near Kissimmee - quietly off the beaten tourist track, it is literally minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, Epcot and MGM Studios. Universal Studios, Sea World and a host of other theme parks and attractions including many golf courses are also close by. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarkets within a couple of minute's drive of our house. Within the community there is a communal pool and children's play area plus a dock from which you can fish the well stocked lake.
Our spacious bright villa has five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.Downstairs we have a Family room with large plasma screen Tv, DVD and CD player, also a Formal living dining room so there's loads of space to relax. There is a fully equipped kitchen plus Games Room with Pool table, foosball table & more.
Upstairs we have 5 bedrooms all with Cable TV, Video or players. The master suite has King size bed, walk in closet and large bathroom. There are a further two bathrooms on this floor.
Our South facing lakeside pool is equipped with plenty of 'quality' pool furniture plus spa/hot tub and free use of gas BBQ. All this and a stunning lake view.
Our home also benefits from free Wifi high speed internet access. You can also make free local calls from the house.
