Unique house in Rosemary Beach. Architect owned and designed, delightful home, north of 30-A. This is a single family home, and you will be dealing directly with the owner for all inquiries and reservations.

Perfect for honeymooners, couples or small families. West-Indies style architecture with smooth white plaster walls inside and out keep the house cool and clean. Designed to have every amenity in well-thought out and planned space. Dramatic king sized master bed artfully placed in high-ceilinged bedroom. Loft sitting room overlooks the master. Downstairs, a comfortable living room with queen sleeper sofa can sleep two more. Full kitchen with all plateware, glasses and utensils needed for a comfortable stay. Spacious backyard deck for dining under the stars.

Boardwalk in front of home leads to adjacent green park. Walk a short distance to downtown and the crystal-clear blue-green water of the gulf and the snow-white, cool sands of the beach. Little Beach House is the perfect way to make your vacation memorable; you'll agree great things come in small packages!

. High-speed cable internet access.
. The main floor includes open living and dining areas, with a comfy queen sleeper sofa available for kids or guests.
. Living area has a color television with cable, DVD player and VCR all-in-one. You'll find some DVD's, VHS tapes and movies tucked in the entertainment cabinet drawer for your viewing pleasure. The DVD plays your CD's as well.
. The cozy, fully-tricked-out kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer with icemaker.
Custom built, dramatic spiral staircase leads up to the master bedroom.
. Master suite includes a pencil post king-sized bed, dressed in Egyptian cotton sheets, of course!
. The third floor loft overlooks the master bedroom. Trundle twin-sized daybed and an entertainment center create a great spot for relaxing after a fun-filled day at the beach. The alternating-tread stair is a unique and fun detail you probably have never seen or walked up before.
. A large back deck with inviting patio furniture including loungers, and a dining table and chairs with oversized sun umbrella. Garden walls surround the private space. Morning shade provides the patio with a great space for an outdoor breakfast.
. No need to rent bicycles! You can use ours! Two adult bikes are kept in our outdoor owner's closet, along with the barbecue grill, beach chairs and the beach umbrella. Just lock 'em up when you travel or are finished your tour of Rosemary Beach. Seaside is about eight miles west on route 30-A, and makes a nice daytrip on the bikes.
. Two car parking is available behind our large backyard deck.
. Nintendo 64 player and television with DVD for your viewing pleasure are in the loft
. Outdoor shower above the back door will help you wash away the sand from your feet.
. A dishwasher, washer and dryer are on the premises for your private use.
. Much of the furniture in Little Beach House was created especially for our home. The designs are unique, functional, whimsical and an absolute delight. We can't wait for you to see them!
. Little Beach House is just steps away from the St. Augustine Park, with a fun water play fountain for the kids. Okay, I have to admit, I've jumped in there, too.
. We are located at the end of West Kingston Park, a beautifully manicured green-space with restful fountain and shaded benches.

Staying in a place like this at the beach is a dream in and of itself, but the overall character of Rosemary Beach coupled with the incredible design and feel of this house really made our honeymoon memorable and enjoyable.

  • This was our second visit to the little beach house. The home is an ideal place for couples or small families looking for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Not only is the home beautiful and unique, but the owners are incredibly easy to work with. Additionally, Rosemary Beach is a fantastic vacation spot. I would recommend this property and plan to visit again.
