We stayed for a full week. The location is perfect and the neighborhood quiet. Hiking trails within waltking distance. Groceries at the bottom of the hill. Comfortable beds, hot shower, and nobody banging on your door yelling "housekeeping".Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway.

This wonderful house was great for our group of three adults and three kids. The back yard provides a nice space for lounging, the beds are comfortable and there was enough space for everyone to sit in the living room. It would have been nice if the dining table had accommodated more than a couple of people, or if there were more than two stools for the kitchen island, but we managed. Overall, our stay was an excellent experience.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

this cute home has everything you could possibly need and more for a relaxing week in a beautiful town....i've paid way more for places that had far, far less to offer....right in the middle of town in a nice neighborhood and close to everything you could possibly need.....and the owners are a phone call away if you have any issues...would definitely stay here again if it's available for my next sedona visit....Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My brother and I stayed here at this cozy cottage 2 days on our way back from a Grand Canyon road trip. The price was better than we would have found for a single hotel room, and allowed for much more privacy. It was absolutely a perfect spot for relaxing. There were plenty of places to eat, as well grocery stores nearby. It is just minutes from uptown Sedona. The house itself had everything you might need. The beds were very comfy; the kitchen was set up to cook your meals in, if you choose, it even had a washer/dryer for convenience. The outdoor area was by far our favorite. I didn’t have my dogs with me but the yard was fenced in so that you can bring them (which is a very nice option). We grilled dinner on the outdoor gas grill. The hammock and outdoor water fountain were also very relaxing. There was no TV to watch and keep up with all of the headlines, so we spent most of our time sitting outside by the fire pit, with a very cozy fire doing some stargazing in the clear Sedona skies! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Sedona. Thanks Heather and John!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Our group of six people stayed in this cozy home for Thanksgiving week. The owner was excellent about seeing to it that we had enough to serve a great Thanksgiving dinner and ran over pots and pans, serving dishes and the all important roaster pan. The home did not have cable TV but, to be honest, it was never missed. The home is close by to grocery stores, shopping, dog park, and hiking. The yard was perfect for the family dogs and I loved sitting in the hammock to read and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. Perfect location and lovely, clean home. The owners even included those things that a traveler typically forgets or doesn't have room for - hair dryer, shampoo, etc. Thanks!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children.

owners were helpful, especially because this was a last minute rental. Thia was my first vrbo rental so I did not know what to expect. a little rustic, but a fair price. Was surprised that the 2nd bedroom held a single bedRecommended for: Age 55+, pet owners.

My Girlfriend of 2 years and I recently moved to Sedona and were looking for a place to stay. We were interested the Studio that the owner John was renting out and really wanted it, but was not available till two weeks later. This place was available and John allowed us to rent it at low season rate even though it was high season till we could move in to the studio saving us tons of money. John is an excellent owner and the place is amazing, includes several of amenities that every time I opened a draw or closet I was surprised at what was available. I would highly recommend this unit as it is also close to great trails and stores and shops. Free bikes to use too you cant beat that! I'd give 10/10 if I could!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

Spent a wonderful time at this simple but cosy home. The location was perfect, we could walk our dogs to the trail head for our hikes and it is only a 2 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Nice fenced in yard for the dogs, although a slightly higher fence, more grass, and one more patio chair would have made it perfect. It was very clean, and I would recommend this property to friends and family looking for a budget friendly place to stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. The location was perfect, close to shopping and walking trails. Such a peaceful area nestled near the red rocks. We also enjoyed riding your very nice bicycles, laying in the hammock in the backyard and relaxing to the sound of the fountain. I loved reading my book out there. My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time. Even the weather was perfect in August, which was an unexpected bonus. Also, thank you so much for the wine and chocolate.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
