  We just completed an eighteen-day stay at this vacation home in Creekside (in Kissimmee FL) and enjoyed the house. Since we mainly used the house as a home base for visiting Disney, it served well to come back to each day, and to cook breakfasts and some dinners. The house is well decorated and the beds sleep well. The TVs and electronic equipment are also new, along with good broadband internet - we had to work from the house some and it worked fine for this. There is also a convenient door to the pool directly from one of the bathrooms. The view overlooking the very large pond in the back is excellent, with much wildlife present. As far as location, the house is about a mile from Rt 192, that has all the major shopping stops needed (Super-Tartget, Walmart, Sam's, etc.), so it is very easy to stock up on groceries, or pick up a DVD from Redbox (at Walmart), or to get gas. The house is about 20 minutes from Epcot or Hollywood Studios, and 25 minutes from Magic Kingdom or Animal Kingdom. The price for value of the vacation home was excellent, and we would rent the home again when it is available and within travel plans.

  Our entire family including my 10 month old had a ball at this place. Gérard is not only a meticulous and prompt owner but also very caring and proactive with us. Listing description and photos exactly matched its real appearance, in fact it felt more beautiful when we personally visited for a week long stay. I had to drag my family out of their cozy beds otherwise we would have just stayed home all time and not visit disney/universal. This home is very close to walmart and a good punjabi indian restaurant, we had no issues what so ever and strongly recommend this to all our family and friends. Also a special mention should be made regarding the property management - florida sunbright for leaving detailed and easy instructions regarding usage and for keeping the entire place clean and healthy.

  Loved this home 15 minutes away to all attractions. Walmart 3 minutes away. The owner was very professional and caring. The property manager called to see if are stay was satisfying. The neighbors are friendly and the house had everything we needed fully stocked. Thanks again Geraud.

  The property was very well cleaned and maintained. The beds are extremely comfortable. The house has a diswasher, washer and dryer, microwave and a great stove! The outdoor pool is a must when the weather is 100F!!! The location is really convenient. No more than 15/20 minutes drive to Disney or Seaworld. A Walmart store is down the road. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of lovely birds and ducks! Our daughter loved spending time in the game room too. We loved it and definitely will go back.

  Very modern home located in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and well maintained. Located directly across from a pond, nice to sit on the linai and wach the local wildlife. Close to shopping. No kids with us but there was a well equipped games room in the garage. Owner was very efficient and easy to work with, we left on the 16th and deposit was returned to us on the 17th. Enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back again soon.

  Excellent house. Perfectly in compliance with the description. Good value for money. Very quiet district close to all the conveniences. Excellent internet debit. Good audio / video equipment. Recent furniture. We recommend the warmed swimming pool, a real happiness! Appropriate(clean), spacious, well equipped house, very pleasant environment. Serious, reagent and available owner. In summary 100 % satisfies, deeply the next time!:-) Excellente demeure. Parfaitement conforme au descriptif. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Quartier très calme proche de toutes les commodités.Excellent débit internet. Bon équipement audio/vidéo. Mobilier récent. Nous conseillons la piscine chauffée, un vrai bonheur ! Maison propre, spacieuse, bien équipée,environnement très agréable. Propriétaire sérieux, réactif et disponible. En résumé 100 % satisfait, vivement la prochaine fois ! :-)

  Joan and I found Gerard exceptionally helpfull in booking our months stay in his excellent villa, responding immediately to our enquiry which made us feel very much at ease in making the booking, even considering we have been comming to Florida for over thirty years. On our arrival all was as promised on Gerards web site, the villa was in a lovely location on the lake so sitting in the lanai we had a full view of the lake and local wildlife. We would have no hesitation in staying again and will be contacting Gerard again later in the year to book further stays. Incidentally we have both been retired for over ten years and enjoy our comforts. Tom.

  The very beautiful and spacious villa with the installation qualitatively very of high quality, missed us nothing, we enjoyed a lot our stay and we are felt(smelt) as "at home". A lot, very cleanly, the progress with no problem at all, the completed communication (the heating of pool, the date of arrival), etc. We return and say thank you!!!!   Excellent place to stay with Family and / or friends..stayed during Christams vacation..very tidy and close to HWy 92, Disney and Sea world...definitely would go back and stay there.. Everything was very neat and nicely ,maintained! Kids enjoyed the Lake and watching ducks...didnt have time to play the games, but had plenty of entertainment in the garage.

  We had a fabulous trip at New Year's, and it is all because our rental home was so great!! The renter was very prompt in his responses; his descriptions and pictures are very accurate, and everything was as great as we had hoped they would be. The home was EXTREMELY clean... even the corners of the bathroom and the corners of the kitchen. We had a great time, and we certainly will stay here again! Absolutely ZERO complaints!!! 100% satisfied!!
