We have two rentals in our home on the ocean. The main floor unit has two bedrooms, full kitchen, one bath, living room, and deck. It can sleep five; two in each of the queen-size beds and one in the twin-size rollaway.
The unit upstairs has one bedroom, living room, full kitchen, one-and-one-half baths, two balconies, and a roof-top terrace. This unit can sleep five; two in the queen-size bed in the bedroom, two in the full-size rollaway, and one in the twin rollaway.
Both units are about 1200 square feet with a private entrance and use of a shared washer and dryer and front porch area.
Our home is not in a resort but in a safe local neighborhood with long-term professional neighbors. We have finished building new steps
down to the beach plus have added a cement bar bq- We are on a 70-foot by 90-foot lot that is fenced. Our managers are a sweet local couple that live nearby.there is a surfer beach a block away plus many, many

Ritz-Please do not expect perfection-We just had a problem with some guests who shopped around for the cheapest vacation home for what we offer in puerto rico-then they got upset that there was a power outage & sometimes low water pressure-sometimes you may not have hot water if there is no sun (solar)- -you might see a bug-you might see some dirt-this is the caribbean-things like this happens-go & pay the price at a hotel if you can't handle an occasional problem-in other words, if you are fussy, you will not like us-we are clean but not spotless-the ocean breeze brings in a lot of dirt-being on the ocean rusts & deteriorates things very quickly-but staying on the ocean is awesome-the sound of the waves lull you to sleep-we are planning on moving to this paradise of puerto rico-there has been some construction started but has been stopped(permit problem)-we just want people to have the proper expectation of our home-
we have a no smoking policy for the comfort of our future guests-
Our home is a ten-minute drive to world-class golf, beautiful hotels, and very central to the island's many tourist attractions-
We have a 7 night minimum & 5 nights if you take both units-we feel
that we are the best value on the island for what we offer-the $100
price is per unit & not for the entire home-if you need to sleep
10, the rate is $200 a night for the whole house-

- we are very Centrally Located, we are 20 miles from San Juan and the Airport (all highway), Local Shopping and Restaurants are a five-minute drive, World-class Golfing and Two Beautiful Hotels are a ten-minute drive, we want to stress that we are not in a private resort or gated community where you would be paying $300-$600/night, our home is for people who want to Experience the Real Puerto Rico, we do not have roosters next door(block away) but we do have an occasional dog barking at the moon, you get what you pay for, you will have a wonderful vacation without spending a lot- there is a new casino in dorado-
Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$100/night/unit (christmas .. $125/night/unit), which includes Electricity, Water,
Cable, Air Conditioning, Local Phone Calls, Washer, Dryer, & Taxes.
There is a 5 night minimum if you take both units. For 1 unit
we have a Seven-Night Minimum. There is a Fully-Refundable $500 Security/Damage
Deposit mailed back right after you leave our home.
There is an $100 Cleaning Charge per unit if you do not wish to clean.
If you leave the unit as clean as you found it (laundry done also), there is
no cleaning fee; you come to a clean home & leave a clean home.

wonderful to live in puerto rico-we really love it & the people-we spend our time
with our grandchildren & our 2 dogs & 3 cats-we are very easy to reach so feel free

Why the Owner Chose Dorado
we had been going to dorado puerto rico for about 25 years for vacations-dorado was always our
best city to stay at as it's so close to san juan without all of the congestion-we always rented
a condo or apartment for a month-a friend told us about this home for sale on the ocean & we just
fell in love with it-we had no idea about turning it into a vacation rental but we had to pay the
bills-we could not believe how it is an 11 month destination & so many people want to go to the
area-we get 3 to 5 inquiries a day-of course we have it priced very fairly & that helps-we don't
want it just sitting there vacant-
The Unique Benefits of this House
we really love our home & we are sure you will also-we also want you to have a realistic expectation of our home-it is far from perfect-when we are there we are constantly working on it-
the salt water tears a home apart-the big storms will bring water in the windows-our managers are
diligently working to keep the home nice-it will not be spotless (hotel clean)-that's impossible
on the ocean-if you are fussy, please go to a hotel or somewhere more expensive-you will love
being right on the ocean-nothing like it-our neighborhood is really special we feel-there are
roosters a block away-there are horses walking around-there is an iguana in our yard sometimes-

I am so sorry that it has taken me this long to get back to you. Since we've been home, we have been running non-stop, much the opposite of what we did while in PR! We had such a great time and we are thankful to you for assisting us in achieving our goal of a nice relaxing time in PR to spend with family and friends. The beach house was great, and it had just about everything we needed (you should supply it with a mortar and pestle for making mofongo!) for making our trip as close to home as possible. We enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves each night, which, by the way put my husband to sleep several times a day when we spent the days at the house! And our friends from Canada were impressed as well!

Thank you we jz arrived in NY. It was a beautiful n short 3 days. The house is lovely the decorations beachy :). The best was the sound on the waves @ night soo relaxing. The kids went down to the beach every morning n eat breakfast on the roof. Sad that this morning rained. The only time consuming was to start washing the sheets n towels the last minute. Next time we bring our own so we dont have to worry about it. Other than that WE THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING. We will keep in touch..

Diana,We finally made it home! That is a long way to travel…Our vacation was very nice. We had a great time exploring Puerto Rico. Included in our tour was hiking in El Yunque, a snorkeling trip to Culebra, beaches in Luquillo and Manati, bioluminescent bay kayak trip in Fajardo and a day in Old San Juan. We’re exhausted and have come home to rest. The weather was never even close to what they had predicted, and was mostly great all week. Thank you for the use of your home.
