  • Something for everyone in a private community!

"We just enjoyed a multi-generation family vacation in this spacious condo. It felt like home from the second we stepped in. There are plenty of sleeping spaces in the 2 bedrooms. The smaller one has twin beds and trundles, so 4 fit comfortably in there. There is a large outdoor porch with 4 rockers, and a table with chairs. We loved having snacks out there and watching some ducks walk by. We enjoyed relaxing in the main pool and non-swimmers could sit in a large shaded gazebo with a ping-pong table and snack machines. The gazebo has plenty of comfortable seating. The ocean is out the back gate, and the owner has made arrangements with the next door Hyatt Hacienda del Mar to use their beach area. The condo has easy parking which is nice after battling traffic at some of the main tourist sites. There are 2 grocery stores; Amigo and Super Max, within a 10 minute drive. There is a selection of restaurants to try. I finally tried "Mofongo" at a close-by restaurant called Pika. It was nice to have a stash of beach towels, coolers and toys available to use. We drove to the standard sites; El Morro, El Yunque, Fajardo bio-luminescent bay, Camuy caves, Luquillo beach etc. The condo is conveniently located by highway 22, so it was an easy 'out' to get to the sites. We met residents of the condo community and everyone was friendly and helpful. I'd come back in a flash, and just relax at the condo, there are 3 pools and a beach. No need to leave!!"

"Five star for the price. Just returned home from a week @ Antonio's wonderful beach side Villa. All was as described and Antonio is a nice host. He checked us in and then left us alone. Not the Ritz Carlton to be sure but a very comfortable, safe villa which was in nice clean condition and the grounds and pool are on great shape. The common area appears to have been recently renovated. Our daughter is attending school in Bayamon and we had to commute there twice a day. This was approx. 40 min each way (19 mi.). The villa was far better than the Hotel where we would have stayed in Bayamon. Beautiful setting on the N. shore. Roughly 35-40 mins. to Airport and downtown (light traffic). For first timers in P.R. the traffic is bad--similar to a big US city-sometimes worse. The custom seems to be: drive aggressively and someone will give way. Driving is a treat as most traffic laws are taken only as suggestions. It is a little annoying until you realize that it works very well, the traffic almost flows better as a result, and no one seems to get road rage. Limited access highway driving is much the same as our Interstates. Also note the barb wire fence along the shore line...everything in P.R. is fenced or gated (at least near San Juan). This community is double security gated. We always felt completely safe. Thanks again Antonio"

  • Amazing Stay

"My family and I stayed here for 9 days. From the beginning of our booking process, Ilka was very helpful answering my questions and being flexible on dates as we booked our travel plans to PR. Roberto met us at the Villa and gave us a tour of the villa and answered all of our questions. He also gave us some great suggestions for restaurants in the area. The photos of the villa and it's description was exactly as we saw when we arrived. There is a nice updated kitchen so we were able to go to the grocery store and fill the fridge. We enjoyed having a living room with cable and dining area. Everything needed from a coffee pot to a toaster is available. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had plenty of closet space to hang our clothes. The location of the villa is great because it's not too far from anything in Dorado and having family in Corozal and Bayamon it made the drive to go see them less than 30 minutes. It was so convenient to have access to the beach and pool right outside the patio area. We plan to come back and stay here again. Ilka and Roberto, thank you so much for making our stay so easy and wonderful."

  • Family Friendly

"We arrived to Puerto Rico on the 7/14. We made our way to the gated security, provided our ID's and were greeted with smiles, gate opener, house key & parking info. Made our way up the stairs to the Villa. Master bedroom was prfect, bed was comfy and the Air Conditioning worked really well! We also had our own bathroom, which made getting ready in the morning a piece of cake with our 12 and 17 year olds. The kids bunked together in the room with 2 twin beds. Night 1 we went to downtown San Juan which was about 20 minutes away. Everyone was so friendly and the views are amazing! The second day we went exploring the fort and hit the beach "Playa de Luquillo" for live Caribbean lobster meal from the 1st kiosk "La Parilla" And on the way home we stopped by the store "amigo" to pick up some steaks, clams and ingredients for salsa and ceviche. Having our own private terrace was amazing! It came complete with a hammock, water faucet, tables, chairs & bbq grill! The next morning my sister, her husband and their 3 year old daughter joined us. They took the last bedroom and all slept comfy in their bed. The beds were soft, plenty of pillows and blankets, and of course the AC was working well the entire time in all rooms! The following days we hit the local beach's, escambre, siete Mares (great for kids snorkeling, you don’t even need goggles – we seen so many fishes just through the clear water) we took a drive to Rincon where the waves were stronger (about 2 hours by car) and the kids enjoyed surfing and watched baby turtles hatching in the sand! Rincon is definitely a different pace of life from the usually down town San Juan, slightly different food- better in my opinion and super-fast service compared to the 1-2 hour dinner experiences we had in San Juan. We hit the rainforest one day, go during the week because weekends are nutts and there is NO parking- literally no parking! The Camuy River Cave Park was fun and we learned some cool things $4 -$6 to enter. The last day we booked an excursion to Culebra. There are 3 options to get there; ferry, boat, small plane. The ferry dock is about an hour away from the villa, which was perfect! The villa is a great location for everything fun to do in PR! PLUS there's a drive thru Starbucks down the street! Bring plenty of bug spray, it's an island so no avoiding them! I have to say, having the fridge, microwave, stove, washer dryer and private villa made all the difference! 2 thumbs up, highly recommended for families!!!"
