  • Truly a "Home Away From Home"

"Our three generation family of six just returned from a wonderful vacation in beautiful Puerto Rico. Madeline, the owner and contact for renting this villa, was exceptionally easy to work with and very responsive to my emails from start to finish. Receiving the villa keys and key code for the garage door opener before we left home was very reassuring and convenient. When we arrived, we had all of the needed documentation for passing through the security gates. The villa was just as we expected. It worked very well for our twin grandsons to stay in one room with the twin beds on the same floor as their parents and we, the grandparents, stayed in the master bedroom on the third floor. There was everything we needed to make this our "home away from home," including plenty of room to spread out. The location was ideal for taking the ferry into Old San Juan, visiting the Bacardi Distillery and driving up into the mountains. Although there is a beautiful beach and pool in the complex, we didn't use them this time. If we visit Puerto Rico again, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this villa and for a longer period, allowing us time to sightsee and use the pool and beach. (We stayed three nights.) Restaurants and the supermarket were conveniently located and Madeline included good directions to all of them."

  • Amazing Trip!! Loved the Home! Absolutely gorgeous location. Federico was so helpful.

"My family spent spring break at this lovely home and every day felt like paradise. Federico provided so much information ahead of time that we felt completely at home as soon as we arrived. We rented cars at the airport and drove easily to the location. Federico met us upon arrival and took the time to show us through the house and also around the resort. We drove to the local grocery store for light shopping and took advantage of the several outstanding restaurants in town. The house is wonderful and so comfortable. The beach and pools were amazing! Absolutely gorgeous place and we hope to return again very soon. Federico will be our first call! Thank you for such a wonderful time!"

  • HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

"We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at this lovely condo in Dorado! The owners were so very helpful; in correspondence, in availability, and in many other ways! The pictures depict the property well! The views are stunning! During our stay, we had two families including four "tweens" and one baby. We loved this property for many different reasons; it was located in a community, it was gated and secure, it had all the space we needed plus FOUR full baths! Also, the kids loved the pool and the large grassy areas where they played soccer, frisbee and volleyball. The ocean was steps from the condo, and the beach afforded a lagoon area where we could snorkel out to coral with beautiful fish! We liked being in Dorado; because it is centrally located between the west coast and the east coast of the island, we could enjoy visiting different beaches during our three and a half week stay. Also, there were grocery stores, pharmacies and fast food restaurants close by that were open 24 hours in Dorado. I would highly recommend this property to families! I came to feel like it was a home away from homes!"

  • Atlanta

"Five star for the price. Just returned home from a week @ Antonio's wonderful beach side Villa. All was as described and Antonio is a nice host. He checked us in and then left us alone. Not the Ritz Carlton to be sure but a very comfortable, safe villa which was in nice clean condition and the grounds and pool are on great shape. The common area appears to have been recently renovated. Our daughter is attending school in Bayamon and we had to commute there twice a day. This was approx. 40 min each way (19 mi.). The villa was far better than the Hotel where we would have stayed in Bayamon. Beautiful setting on the N. shore. Roughly 35-40 mins. to Airport and downtown (light traffic). For first timers in P.R. the traffic is bad--similar to a big US city-sometimes worse. The custom seems to be: drive aggressively and someone will give way. Driving is a treat as most traffic laws are taken only as suggestions. It is a little annoying until you realize that it works very well, the traffic almost flows better as a result, and no one seems to get road rage. Limited access highway driving is much the same as our Interstates. Also note the barb wire fence along the shore line...everything in P.R. is fenced or gated (at least near San Juan). This community is double security gated. We always felt completely safe. Thanks again Antonio"
