Lovely rental, very comfortable, top quality equipped kitchen best rental we have ever stayed in, have travelled to Mesa five times. Too bad the pool wasn't a heated one, controls on the barbecue didn't seem to work great. Overall a great experience. We had trouble receiving replies to e-mails to the owners but probably a problem with server.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

This rental could not have been any better. The home is exactly as described, beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked and so well laid out, easy to prepare meals. All the bedrooms had excellent mattresses and very nice sheets and bedding. Great location, so close to Usery Park and all it has too offer. Loved the back yard pool, with the outdoor table, chairs, and even had three comfy lounge chairs. We would rent this home again the next time we are in Mesa. The owners made our rental experience easy and stress free. Pat and Joe are wonderful people to rent from. A great home that really makes you feel at home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Great rental home in a quiet, gated community easily accessable to Usery Mountain Park, shopping and restaurants in Mesa. Home was comfortably furnished with well equipped, clean kitchen. We enjoyed the back yard and bicycles in the garage. Would definitely rent again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

I commented to my wife that I was surprised this was someone's "vacation" home. I would love to have this as a primary residence. Very nice neighborhood and gorgeous home. Based on the price we paid, and the amenities this home came with, you cannot beat the value. Had all the stuff one would expect in a hotel, e.g., towels, linens, toiletries, etc., but also had a full compliment of cookware and dishes making it easy to eat at home. The pool was very nice too. The house is very spacious. I could go on and on, but if I am back in the Phoenix area I'll definitely be looking to rent this home again if available. Lastly, the owners were great. Very friendly and helpful. I am very grateful that they were willing to share their wonderful home with us.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
