This is a Great 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Mid-Island Home, just off Bonito Road. Just minutes from the Marina, the Beach, 2 Golf Courses, Parks, Pools, Restaurants, etc.. Fripp Island is a Wildlife Refuge with an abundance of Coastal Whitetail Deer everywhere you turn. There is one bridge to access the island with 24/7 Security Patrol. You and Your family will feel like you have your own safe and secure private island getaway. The home has 2 bedrooms. The Master Suite has a Queen memoryfoam bed and a trundle bed that sleeps a family of 4 very comfortably, a flat screen tv, and a private bath. The Guest Suite has a Queen bed, flat screen tv, access to deck, and private bath. The living room has a pull out Queen Sofabed with large flat screen TV. There is an additional 'Kids' Hideout' room downstairs with it's own twin over double bunk bed, couch, chair, and TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils to prepare any meal. There is a 6 person dining area and a laundry room. Downstairs you will find 2 GOLF CARTS available for your use. One is a 6 passenger limo cart. About the owner: We first visited Fripp Island in 2009 and fell in love with it. We have small children and there is so much to offer a family at Fripp Island.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Mid-Island:
We love the location of this home because it is central on the island to everything. Just a skip over to the Marina, and a short golf cart ride to the beach, pools, golf courses, tennis courts, etc..
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Although this home is centrally located, it is on a side street off the main street (BONITO) which makes for much less traffic and more kid friendly, as well as walking.
