Private lakefront 4-season, 4-bedroom, 2-bath Lake Memphremagog rental house with over 100' of lake frontage, including a dock for your boat(s). This lake house in Newport Town, Vermont has new owners and has been recently updated. New furniture (including beds) and appliances. New dock for your boats/jet skis, canoes, kayaks, etc.
Fabulous views of Lake Memphremagog. The lakeside deck provides spacious outdoor eating/sunning area. Great for families as large lawn leads to the private waterfront.
Kitchen includes a dishwasher and necessary cook and dinnerware. Includes use of charcoal grill, patio furniture, satellite TV and free high-speed internet access. Linens also provided.
Main floor: kitchen, dinette, family room, TV, full bathroom and 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 2 sets of twin bunks, and twin over full bunk)
Lower Level: Family room, full bathroom, new Washer and new Dryer, and 1 bedroom with a queen bed.
Located right on the VAST trails.
Overnight occupancy of 10 maximum: Children welcome. No smoking, no pets.

We have been staying at this cottage for a number of years, however, we were delighted when the new and present owners acquired the property and upgraded the cottage and the dock. The new furniture especially the beds are really comfortable. The addition of the dishwasher and the new dock defintely enhanced our vacation stay. The property is clean and well maintained and the new owners promptly responded to our questions. I would and have highly reccommended this place to friends and relatives. Whether your a fisherman or just want to relax on the water this is a nice private place to do all that and more. It is just a few miles by boat or car to nearby Newport VT where there is plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Weekly Summer (memorial day - September 15)$1300/week Off Season weekly rate $900/week Off Season daily rate $140/night with 3 night minimum stay Extended stays at reduced rates, please inquire. Please add 9% VT rooms tax to all rates 25% payment plus the $250 security deposit is required at time of reservation balance is due 2 weeks before arrival

Been vacationing in the area on the lake for 20+ years and always looking for the right piece of property. We finally found it, about 2 years ago - and hope to share it with others who appreciate this beautiful quite area and wonderful lake.
