You'll love our beautiful second row house in North Topsail Beach. Great views of the ocean and sound off the large covered porch. Only 75 steps to the sand dunes on the beach! You'll have a great time fishing, playing in the surf or watching for dolphins. We are on a quiet and uncrowded portion of the beach. You'll love your stay here.

Our spacious 1500 square foot house is ideal for one large or two small families. The dining room and breakfast nook seat 12. The kitchen is stocked with service for 16. There is a whole house stereo w/CD player, wide screen TV and DVD player. There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds, plus a queen futon in the living room. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom, living room and kitchen. If you like time outside, the large 10'x25' covered porch has a picnic table and deck chairs. A porch swing and picnic table are under the house. Lots of parking beneath the house for large families. There is a large hot and cold shower beneath the house i which to rinse off and hang your wet bathing suits after your beach time. A large private outside storage room for your beach toys and fishing gear is here for your use. The dune crossover puts you on a beautiful section of the beach with plenty of elbow room. Great restaurants, shopping, and fishing nearby. Public (free) small boat launch 5 minutes away. Renter must be 25 or older.

Pillows and bedspreads are included. You will need to provide sheets, bath and kitchen towels.

  • Benny, Thank you so much for sharing your beach house with us this past week. We had a wonderful time. Your pictures do not do the house justice. The home is very spacious and is in such nice condition. The front porch is huge and super to gather on in the early morning or evening--so relaxing! Nice touch having a locked gate on the porch. Great place for our 18 mos old granddaughter to run and play on safely. Also, the pack n play and high chair were great! Two less things to pack for us! The beds were also comfy and everything so clean and homey! The beach access is so much closer than it looks in the picture--very easy to run back and forth to the house. We had a great time and plan to see you next year! We've already recommended it to our friends! Harry and Diane

  • Stayed here for two days and just loved it. I couldn't believe how large it was. There was plenty of room for everyone. I was very pleased with how clean and organized everything was too.   • We enjoyed our stay at this vacation house. This is the first time we had rented a house for vacation use so we were a little skeptical. Everything worked out fine. The beach is very quiet. Very nice area. The house is clean and well kept. It was almost like being at home. Thanks Benny for sharing your house with us. It will be something our kids remember for the rest of their lives.
