Spacious one bedroom one bath third floor point unit condo with unobstructed view of the ocean and topsail beach from our newly finished balcony. This is Ocean front!! The unit comes with well equipped kitchen and linens . If you are looking for a place and enjoy the ocean living. This is the right place for you. For your convenience

If you are considering this property for an excellent experience 'on the ocean', you can't get any closer! We LOVED our time here. The condo was very clean and the furniture/beds were very comfortable. We will be booking another stay there soon!

Awesome Ocean View

Perfect spot to stay if you want to be right in the water. Ocean comes right up to the buildings on high tide. Absolutely wonderful. Loved the stay. Condo was clean and spacious. Very comfortable and quiet. Beach was not crowded. Will love to plan for next year.

Great stay

This unit is very nice and up to date. The AC worked very well. The check in and check out process were easy and the host was very accommodating. We have stayed in this complex before and this unit was amazing compared to the last one we stayed at with a different host. The chairs on the balcony are awesome, the bed was comfortable, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen (and we cooked most nights vs going out). Truly the only negative was the floors were dirty. I can imagine it’s hard to keep up with from the sand but it does not seem like they are mopped and maybe only swept. I preferred to wear shoes around or my feet were dirty. Everything else was clean and I didn’t complain about the floors to the host or I am sure she would have done something. But just wanted to mention it here for them to improve in the future. The complex itself should look into replacing the key pads for the laundry facility as they were faulty and got us locked out. It was late at night the night before we left or else I am sure the host would have assisted. She did respond to my text and call me in the morning but I was full swing into wedding duties for a friend and didn’t get a chance to respond. There are plenty of machines and they have an app to pay or you can use coins. it was great not having to go on the second leg of our trip with a car full of dirty clothes. But I will admit that another residents son climbed through an unlocked window to help us get our clothes.

High and on the Water

When you reach the third floor you hear the water roaring right next to you. A look out of the window and trip onto the porch to be surrounded by beauty. You are near the end of the North Topsail beaches. Mr. Beignet is around the corner from you. Everything heavenly.

Amazing view

Very comfortable condo, well equipped, the view from the balcony was amazing, water is underneath the balcony at high tide. Not being able to be on the beach directly in front of condo was not a problem, there is public beach access a short walk north of complex. Sitting on balcony was our favorite part of the trip, comfortable deck chairs and amazing view, we will be back for sure.

50th birthday

Came to Topsail for a short vacation to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. The dolphins played and swam off the beach all day Sunday. The ocean view from the balcony was awesome. We had a lovely time.

Great place to relax!

Just spent a few days with my Dad. We had a GREAT time! Beach and the view were absolutely amazing. The balcony is an awesome chill spot to just listen to the ocean and people watch. A few things just to be aware of. 1. Condo is on third floor. No elevator. Small price to pay for the view. 2. Topsail beach is about a 10-15 minute drive from decent places to eat. Best we found was Rick’s Sports Bar in Sneads Ferry. 3. A/C in Living room is a little loud when you’re trying to watch TV and not very powerful. Love the place overall and would definitely go back.

Nothing fancy

If simple is your style, this is perfect. However, the a/c units are extremely loud and run constantly. The ocean view is breathtaking. Outside grill area is not in a desirable location and looks run down. Bring air fresheners because the condo smells stuffy. I brought a Scentsy go and we still needed the air fresheners. We left them so hopefully the next guests won’t experience this. We only used the Keurig, fridge and dishwasher and all functioned good. For the first day/night, we recommend keeping your drinks in a cooler as it does take the fridge about 24 hours to cool down. (This is stated on the fridge.) Best place to eat was Ocean’s Edge and go early. The beach isn’t crowded and as owner states there is little to no beach at high tide. Build your beach place near the sandbags and you will be OK with electronics. Blankets had an odor so recommend bringing your own.
