  The ninth floor condo has a great view of Crescent Beach. The condo has a nice ensuite master bedroom with a view of the ocean. The second bedroom uses the main condo bath. The kitchen has everything you need for meals. A table in the dining area has seating for four. The condo has lots of shopping and restaurants in this area. We would return and do recommend for a small family or several couples to share. Tom, the owner and the condo staff at Carolina Reef were easy and helpful throughout.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

  We stayed at this condo and loved it. Very clean and nice.... EVERYTHING. We had plenty of room, we cooked and liked that we had such a great view of the ocean. We brought my grandmother on this trip and she loved it. I can say how thankful and greatful we were to get the condo during the Holiday. We will be staying with you guys again. It was beautiful and we loved it.

  Our girls weekend was amazing, the view was absolutely stunning and Deb kept us well stocked with shampoo and such that we needed, even let us use some beach chairs at no extra charge, everything looked as it did in the picture and our stay couldn't have been better, other than some of the girls having to leave early for a family emergency.. :( Lost a whole day at the beach, but hopefully we will get to go back and we will stay there again! Thanks!!!

  The unit was as pictured as was the beach. My niece and I wanted to get away to a beach and read ... That is exactly what we did. The beach in front of the unit was uncrowded every day of our stay. We would look down the beach in front of the hotels and it appeared there were so many people it would have been hard to squeeze another one in. BUT on "our" beach there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The unit itself was very comfortable (especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony having our morning coffee and at night before bed). I would definitely rent this unit again were I to return to Myrtle Beach.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  Very much enjoyed the location and the condo... the 9th floor is like being perched on top of the world, but with easy access to the ocean. Cool breezes while watching the day start and all day long. The condo has all the important amenities and a few nice additions, such as the LCD television, great tiled floors, and comfy beds. Nothing is so fancy that you feel like you have to tiptoe around, but nothing too basic either. The bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen was clean and tidy. The housekeeping fee is reasonable, and Debbie keeps you well supplied with paper products if you stop by the office. Be sure to take some treats for the little poodle, Miss Scarlett. The beach area is about a half mile north of the main busy area, and well south of the Cherry Grove(?) pier. So it's quiet and at the same time, things are fairly close. Be sure to eat at the Golden Griddle pancake house. El Cerro Grande is about 2.5 miles south on Hwy 17 and very good Mexican food. Wilmington is about an hour away, and the Battleship North Carolina is worth a visit (on a cool day!!). The pier is well worth $2 per person for a couple hours walk, or several hours of fishing (costs extra if fishing). The beach is great for biking and walking and at night, with a flashlight, catching sand crabs is great fun. There are plenty of great pawn shops, antique stores, and flea markets to keep everyone busy and having fun on a rainy day. And even a few bargains! My grandson found himself a very nice guitar and case, so he will always remember Myrtle Beach. Maybe when he has kids, they'll even go there!...

  My family and I stayed at this condo June 23-30th, 2012. It is exactly as pictured and very clean.We never had an issue finding a parking spot at the building which has been a big problem in the past at other rental properites The beach in front of the unit was never crowded. The pool and hot tub were always clean. There were plenty of pots and pans and dishes. Be sure to bring your own towels and wash cloths. If you're looking for a condo to rent in North Myrtle, this is it!

  My wife and I and a friend stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The owner was fabulous to do business with. We found the unit to be better than described. It is situated on the top floor, corner unit, of a 9-story building overlooking the ocean, right on a wide section of beach with immaculate sand. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. One bedroom has two walls of windows with views of the ocean. A balcony overlooks the beach. This is a great section of North Myrtle beach. Will most certainly be back.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, adventure seekers.

  The condo was perfect for 3 ladies to shop & get together for a little sun!....Since the condo was on the 9th floor (top) and end unit...it had awesome views of North Myrtle beach. It was close to all the shopping and great restaurants too! We felt the price was great and the people taking care of the complex were very nice and helpful! Thanks and hope to see you again soon!   Tom, We enjoyed our stay very much. Your unit had everything we needed. Our kids loved being so close to the water. The balcony was very nice. We would all sit out there each morning before heading to the beach. We will definitely contact you for our next trip to North Myrtle Beach. Thanks Tim

RESERVATIONS CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 pm CHECK OUT TIME: 10:00 am at our on-site Management Company's office. Late Check Out may be scheduled through the Rental Office and will be charged at a rate of $15.00 per hour fee. Reservations can be made and will be confirmed with a deposit of a $100.00 payment. Balance of account is due upon check in. Only Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa, Mastercard or Discover Credit Cards are accepted forms of payment. NO PERSONAL CHECKS. Reservation changes/cancellations will incur a $50.00 Administrative Fee if made 14 days prior to arrival date. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of reservation or cancellation without 14 days notice of the original arrival date. Monthly cancellations require a thirty (30) day notice. Rates are subject to change without notice. Linen Package includes four towels, four washcloths, one kitchen towel and one bathmat. Each unit is inspected for damages and cleaned before your arrival. Please report any deficiencies immediately to our Management Company. Each unit is inspected after each departure for any damage or missing inventory items. Please report any accidental damage or breakage to our Management Company. No towels, blankets or linens are to be removed from the unit. Missing or damaged items will be charged to the guest account. We ask for your cooperation in following our list of rules. This will help us provide enjoyable vacations for all guests of Carolina Reef. Our goal is to maintain a great environment for a relaxed and safe vacation for families and couples. ◾ Only Homeowners and Rental guests are allowed. ◾ Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. Please do not leave small children unattended on the balcony. ◾ Disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Parties are not allowed. If a disturbance occurs, the guest will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given. ◾ Fireworks are prohibited within the City of North Myrtle Beach limits. ◾ Outdoor cooking or grilling is not allowed on this property. ◾ No one under the age of 21 years of age is permitted to occupy a unit unless parents or owner is in residence at that time. ◾ Do not feed seagulls from the balcony. ◾ Glass objects are not permitted in the pool area. ◾Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No running or unreasonable noise in the pool area. ◾Do not remove pool furniture from the pool area. No diving in the pool or jumping from balconies. Please observe pool hours of operation. ◾ Luggage racks are located in the parking deck area. Bring the rack back to the ground floor after use. ◾ Laundry Facilities are located on the 3rd, 7th and 9th floors. You must provide your own change. ◾Drink and snack machines are located in the ground parking area. ◾ Guests are not allowed to have pets. If a pet is found in the unit the guest will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given. ◾ Keys may be picked up and dropped off at our management company's on-site rental office. If leaving prior to check out time, keys may be left in the unit and lock the door. • All trash must be removed from the unit and placed in receptacles in the parking deck area.
