Why the Owner Chose Carolina Reef
We bought the condo in 2004 somewhat on a whim. At the time we were really nervous about the purchase wondering if it was the right thing to do. You see, we had just become proud parents of twin girls 6 months earlier. Our lives were already crazy enough - what were we thinking buying a condo 6 hours away and committing to a huge remodeling effort...
Well, 5 years and several thousands of dollars later we couldn't be happier. We've met some great people through VRBO and had many great vacations at the beach ourselves. It’s been great to watch our girls (now turning 6 years old) grow up and enjoy the beach as well. They started as little babies amused by the feeling of sand running through their fingers – now they are rambunctious girls running up and down the beach surfing on their "boogie boards". How quickly time goes by.
So that’s our story. Thanks for taking a look at our condo. Regardless of where you stay, we hope you and your family/friends have as much fun as we have had over the past 5 years during your beach vacation.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
The building only has 63 units and there are no other high-rises adjacent to our building. Even at the peak of summer season - you can still walk out to the beach and find a great spot with some room to play and relax.
We love summertime at the beach but spring, fall and wintrer are also awesome. Face it, for us anytime at the beach is great!
