Terra Verde is a luxury, gated community, conveniently located close to all the Disney attractions as well as Sea World, Universal Studios and all shopping malls and outlets.
Our luxury four bedroom, three bathroom villa sleeps ten in comfort. There are 2 master suites and 2 twin bedrooms which share the third bathroom. The villa is situated in a secluded position at the end of a cul-de-sac, and has its own private, fully screened pool backing onto a wooded area with neighbours on only 1 side. Pool heating is available on request. The pool deck has loungers and seating for up to 10 guests.
The villa is furnished to a very high comfortable standard - we have even included an IPOD docking station plus a selection of CD's and DVD's for your enjoyment.
Also in the villa are a cot, playpen/bassinette, Fisher Price highchair, baby walker, baby monitir and stroller for use if required for smaller guests at no extra charge. For children there is a PlayStation 2 and board games for a family evening of fun. There is also a library of books to enjoy while you are relaxing at the pool.
For the more energetic we have even provided 2 bicycles.
Terra Verde Clubhouse facilities are available to all our guests. These include free wifi at the Clubhouse, Business Centre with low cost computer access, basketball hoop, tot lot, gym, sauna, spa and games room. There is also a large lounge with complimentary coffee. Enjoy a snack or drink poolside at our Clubhouse Tiki Bar or go fishing from the lake. The Clubhouse also has an ATM and DVD rental kiosk.
