Year round deep water under dock! You will not find more breathtaking Mountain/Water views! Two families can easily share this cabin with wrap-around porch and three levels for privacy and fun. Windows and French doors abound allowing stress to slip away as you gaze upon nature and spectacular sunsets. Fantastic nature-walk down the steps to the dock, which includes tackle room.
This area provides some of the best fishing on the lake with crappie, brim, largemouth, trophy size catfish and stripers lurking in the channel below the dock! Below dock lights automatically on every evening attracting bait, large stripers and crappie. You can catch your limit right from the dock. Little River Canyon water falls are just 20 minutes away. Many new boat ramps within 10 minutes providing easy access to the entire lake.
This cabin features a large level front yard, facing a pasture with goats, on a dead end private road providing security, and ample space for badminton, Frisbee, soccer, etc. From the deck you can see Cornwall Furnace, Dirt Seller Mount, Round Mount, Shinbone Ridge, and Lookout Mountain 25 miles away, all across expansive open water!
Don't under estimate the value of that view while you watch the birds (Bald Eagles, Blue Herons, Sea Gulls, Ducks, Geese, Humming birds, etc.),go fishing or just enjoy the peace and quiet.

bought to enjoy personally as a family weekend getaway and did not rent as a vacation destination until 4 years ago - have owned for 10 years. This area offers great outdoor experiences and we LOVE playing around amongst all the nature. From water skiing and fishing to hiking and kayaking you can really do it all here.
