Completely furnished this unit features ceiling fans and air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen.
Features include washer and dryer and high speed internet access. There are two twin beds in downstairs bedroom, and a king bed in upstairs bedroom. For added sleeping accommodations there is a sofa bed in the loft.
This complex is located directly across the street from the Kamaole Beach III Park, great for swimming and snorkeling with beautiful beaches. The Hale Kamaole complex includes two swimming pools, two barbecue areas and a tennis court.
Hale Kamaole is located in Kihei, just North of Wailea about twenty five minutes away from the airport. Hale Kamaole is one mile north of Wailea, a tourist Mecca luxury hotels, shopping and great golf courses. The complex is a short walk to the Kihei Boat Ramp, a starting point for many diving, snorkeling and whale watching charters.

Why the Owner Chose Hale Kamaole
Long time residents of northern Canada, my wife, myself and our four children always looked forward to some "winter relief"!
After vacations to many locations (including the other Hawaiian islands) we fell in love with Kihei Maui!
It was the perfect hoiday - great beaches, awesome shopping and resturants, countless things to experience and sunny practically every day. Not too big and not too small. Pace of life around you was layed back.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Hale Kamaole is the perfect location!
Beach Park accross the road and adjacent to Wailea. The complex is "horse-shoe" shaped facing the ocean. The "middle" includes an upper and lower swimming pool with adjacent BBQ pits, a tennis court and lots of grass everywhere.
We have learned a lot of great recipes and new things to experience when at the BBQ's in the evening talking it up with residents and guests.
From our lanai you can enjoy the sun rise over Haleakala in the morning, and the sun set over the ocean in the evening - not many locations can give you that!

Tammie and Darrell have been married for 27 years. They have four wonderful children ages 25, 22, 20 and 17. (Three girls and one boy)
Originally from Saskatchewan, Canada the family has lived in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, Canada for 19 years. Yukon Territory is located in NORTHERN Canada, just to the east of Alaska.
Darrell is a pharmacist by profession and Tammie a registered radiological technician. Owners of 1 or 2 drugstores and a gift store for the past 22 years, they have recently sold their retail stores and plan to slow things down.
Contract work, volunteer work and more time enjoying their children and the things they love to do will become their priorities.

Was fortunate enough to be invited to stay in your lovely condo with my sister and brother-in-law in November. My first trip to Maui and it was everything you said it was and more. Got really hooked on snorkeling and can't wait to come back to try it again. Recommend the Maui Dive shop for any underwater needs. Boat trip to Molokai with them was great and very informative. Your condo was VERY well equipped and the beds were very comfortable.

As advertised, great location in a quiet complex right where you want to be. Walk to the K3 beach during the day and check out the sunsets every night. Hope to be back. Two couples with one young guy each with plenty of room to spare.

I've rented this unit for both of my most recent Maui trips and I'll definitely try to get it again for my next trip! The location is great as the Kamaole III beach is across the street (super family friendly) and the south Kihei shops are an easy stroll. The unit is well stocked with all the necessities for a home away from home, it's very comfortable and super clean. Morning coffee on the lanai is a ritual I look forward to each trip. I will rent here again and can't recommend it enough.

We felt that the condo was a great value. It is safe, clean and newly renovated. We were located overlooking the tennis court and pool which we used daily.

Wow ! what a trip. Everyone had a great time. The condo worked perfectly as a base for travelling all around the island. Mornings and evenings were spent around our fully loaded unit ( mostly on the Lanai viewing sunrise and sunset ) . Daytimes were spent exploring. Ocean adventure right outside your door. The complex staff were totally friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks for everything Darrell we will be back.

Darrell and Tammy are wonderful people to rent from and were very easy to work with. Their condo is fully equiped whether you like to cook or not. I really liked the hardwood floors as there always is a certain amount of sand that follows you from the beach. The view from the lanai is really nice in the morning. Comes with sand and beach toys and towels. Grounds are immaculate and pools and BBQ's are spotless. Air conditioners in good condition but the wind usually cools things down through the main part at night. I would definitely rent here again. Many thanks for the great stay!

Everything about the condo came up to our expectations. It was beautifully furnished and well supplied with kitchen equipment [always a key point for us]. Its position within the complex allows views of the ocean and the top swimming pool, which we realised not all condos would have! Having such a well-maintained site with barbecues and tennis as well as swimming pools was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and relatives; our regret is that Hawai'i is so far away from the UK that most of these people will never get there and experience all that we have. Having a car was really essential if you wanted to do more than go to the beach. What would we recommend? The Road to Hana was amazing and the CD guide really helped us get the best from the journey - starting early really is a good idea [and don't try to fit the Twin Falls in on the same day]. We went jet-skiing at Lahaina; this was great and all the guys running it were helpful and encouraging. The Lu'au at Makena was a good choice because it was local and made a casual evening out. Snorkelling was a new and enjoyable experience - don't hire the gear - it's a racket. The local ABC Stores had an excellent range of equipment and worked out cheaper. The Pacific Whale Foundation trip to Molokini and Lan'ai was outstanding for us: the crew was wonderfully friendly and informative, the food was fine and well-balanced for the activity/context and the snorkelling, particularly at Lan'ai was brilliant. The fact that this is a non-profit-making set-up was a bonus from our point of view and we were very impressed with the scope of the Foundation and the commitment of everyone we met that day. Our hope is that others would catch the vision and support and we got the impression that others on the trip felt the same. As visitors from the UK we find a local Supermarket something of a voyage of discovery and would recommend Safeway which happily provided us with a Clubcard even though we were very temporary residents. The afore-mentioned ABC Stores also proved a tempting place to frequent and we found plenty of tasteful souvenirs to buy. Above all we found the Aloha spirit everywhere we went: it was so natural and infectious and infused our Hawai'i holiday with a deep sense of well-being. We thought this would be a once in a lifetime experience... but we are already planning to return to the islands.
