This is an elegant island-style 3 bedroom, 2 bath, deluxe end unit suite. It is located on the ground floor with partial ocean view and 2 lanais with secluded lawn areas that feel much like having your own backyard. There is an enlarged dual shower in the guest bathroom.

Best of all, this beautiful beach condo has separately-zoned Air Conditioning systems in the living room and all three bedrooms.

This rare single floor 3 bedroom unit has beautiful 18X18 tiles throughout the entire unit. Granite counter tops in the kitchen. A beautiful custom built vanity in the hallway bathroom, with custom built fixtures.

There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and a bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom.

The bunk bed can sleep up to four. It has a twin bed on the top bunk, a full-size bed on the bottom, and a twin trundle drawer bed that can be completely pulled-out. ---The full size bottom bunk has premium 11' mattress.

Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular resort condo complexes in South Maui. Nestled in 15 acres of tropical gardens surrounded by beautifully maintained lush green lawns, fountains, waterfalls, and fish ponds, is one of the largest swimming pools in Kihei, a children's wading pool, and 2 Jacuzzis.

The grounds also includes 4 tennis courts, and 9 BBQ gas grill areas are conveniently located throughout the complex.

Truly, what makes Kamaole Sands so desirable is the LOCATION. Kamaole Sands is directly across the street from Kamaole III beach and beach park. Kamaole III is one of the nicest sandy beaches on Maui, popular with locals and tourists alike.

This beach is great for swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling, sun worshiping, and whale watching (in season.) The large Kamaole III beach park is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and is complete with facilities, outdoor showers, and children's playgrounds.

Its huge grassy area is perfect for all kinds of sports, and for enjoying the beautiful Maui sunset. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and just a short drive away is the town of Wailea and golf courses.

This is a great 3 bedroom condo with a very close walk to the beach. The property has beautiful landscaping and a good family pool and hottubs. The condo is well furnished and offers beach towels and accessories that are great for families. We look forward to staying in the future.

Very Pleasant Stay

The condo was spacious and was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children 4ys and 10yrs old. The air conditioners work well and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a very nice addtion. It was well stocked with cups, glasses, and all the other dishes and silverware, although it was oddly short on spoons. There was a nice supply of beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. There is a great grassy area outside the lani which was utilized very much and better than having a small balcony on an upper floor. Only a 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to the pool. Overall a great place and we highly recommend it.

Jenny is very responsive and a wonderful host. The place was amazing and was everything we needed. The location was absolutely perfect. Kamaole beach has one of the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen and it's literally less than a 5 min walk from the door or back porch.

Condo is spacious and in a great location. First time we have stayed behind main gardens. It was actually very handy and private. Condo could use a little TLC here and there but property manager is great to deal with and we would definitely stay here again.

Great beach access

Location is great with many amenities within walking distance. Being on the ground floor is an added benefit for us. Lots of bbqs available so little to no waiting for use. Would definitely recommend this facility along with this specific unit to others.

A great family place with three bedrooms

A great place for 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 3 kids. Plenty of room to spread out. The two lanais connect to a nice grassy area that feels like a private lawn with an easy walk to the beach park, pool, and grill pits. Boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, foldable wagon and umbrella were included.Kam 3 beach park has great sandy areas and a rocky reef with good snorkeling. Lots of turtles!

This unit is so nice and close to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of room for the six of us that went although it would be just perfect if there was a loveseat added for more seating. But we got along well enough with what there is. The unit is very clean which is appreciated. We love being on the ground level too. Thank you for a lovely trip!

Great location across from our favorite beach in Kehei, Kam III. Condo was more than adequate size for four adults and two teen boys. Had all the beach gear we needed, minus snorkels. But, Boss Frogs was only two blocks away. We will totally try staying here again, when we travel with friends & family.

Spacious place close to the beach.

We loved the condo. The condo is far more spacious than how it appears in the photos, and having the lawn area was a great bonus. Our favourite beaches were right across the street, and it was a quick walk over to watch the sunset. The condo was well stocked with essentials including beach items (chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards and toys). We would recommend this place to our friends.

What an amazing unit - ground floor, grass law outside two lanais, sparkling clean, comfy beds & sleeping arrangements, tastefully decorated, spacious-feeling, and an ocean view from the living room window. It was spendy after taxes & fees, but felt posh. Beautiful complex with lots of families. Gorgeous grounds. Park & beach right across the street. Bit of a walk to amenities but natural foods store in walking distance and easy parking. Overall a luxe stay and beautiful place. I'll add that the property managers were incredibly responsive and helpful.
