MAIN LIVING AREA has a large living room, gorgeous ocean views, one bath, full kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms (king bed and one queen bed, one twin bed), large front balcony overlooking the ocean within steps from your front door. THIS IS A PRIVATE AND VERY QUIET AREA, FOR NON-SMOKERS ONLY, NO PETS, NO PARTIES, MATURE ADULTS ONLY.
Additional downstairs living area with family room, Laundry room, bathroom, and two bedrooms consisting of: two twin beds and one full bed.
No direct sand access in front of home. All beautiful rocks and ocean. Walking distance to Shammel Park with full beach access at Park. Walking distance to East West Ranch (Fiscalini) with oceanfront walking and bicycle trails.
A large backyard with charcoal BBQ, an additional large balcony accessed from two bedrooms, with partial ocean views from the back. This is a very comfortable and CLEAN home, perfect for those who want privacy, but everything within a walk or a bicycle ride into the quaint and beautiful town of Cambria Pines. Listen to the ocean roar as you sleep, then enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony.
In the evening, read your favorite book with your favorite beverage on the balcony as you delight over the romantic sunsets. Open the large windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. This home is located on a private street, and has access to trails of oceanfront walks along the cliffs at Cambria Ranch, located in the most breathtaking area of Cambria. WE WERE RELAXED AND FELT AT HOME IMMEDIATELY. THE VIEW OF THE OCEAN IS SPECTACULAR, WE SPENT MANY EVENINGS AFTER DINNER WATCHING THE SUNSET FROM THE DECK, AND SEVERAL EVENINGS WE GOT TO ENJOY A CLEAR VIEW OF THE MILKY WAY, SOMETHING WE HAVE NOT ENJOYED IN YEARS.
