What a great place to stay ! My family and I stayed here 3 nights during Labor day weekend (9/3/10 - 9/6/10) The house and property were very neat and clean. The owner's are very nice people. The beach and other attractions were just minutes away. We really loved having our own private pool for a few days. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to Jay and Kristalyn for letting us rent your house...

I stayed with 7 other people and we had the ABSOLUTELY best time EVER! You can walk to the beach *and Arby's!* and then come back and swim all night! There are so many little shops up and down that you can walk to. The house was amazing. It was comfortable for 8 people. The whole house was so roomy and beautiful. The pictures do not do the house justice. The beds were so comfy! Everything in the house worked fine, and there was tons of room for all the food *we bought tons!!* and all the dishes and pans were wonderful and well used. Nothing was dirty : the house was immaculate! The owners kept in contact and had no problems with us calling whenever! They worked with us very well, considering we are younger than the normal house renters. I loved the house and so did everyone else who stayed. I would love to go back over and over again every year!

We are so happy with the accommodations. The house is so neat and everything. Although not everyone was able to come as planned due to some circumstances beyond control, the overall experience exceeded my expectations...I would highly recommend this house...

Our stay was 06/28-07/05. We've visited PCB during the July Fourth week for 12+ years. This is the first time with our own private pool (awesome). Especially with kids. We are spoiled!! House was great! Easy access to the beach.

We stayed in the home 7-20-07 to 7-27-07 and it was very enjoyable. The location was great for walking to the beach. The pool is great for kids as it is 3ft on each end and 5ft deep in the middle. The home is family friendly and the sand front yard works great with the kids. My contacts with the owners were very friendly and helpful as well. Enjoy!

we stayed at this house last summer.. kids loved it.. my 5year old son begs to go back which we will and it is a perfect short walk to the beach... house feels like you are home.. close to pharmacy and grocery ..this is not just a house this is a home.. highly recommended...
