Beautiful View!
This property offers an amazing view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning. This property is also in a quiet part of town. We loved that.
On day one, we walked. We ended up covering 6 miles. This property is about 2 miles to the north end of Duval. Later, we drove our car to a parking garage and used it as a central parking area. Just be aware that lots of waking is required for upper Duval or you will have to drive, rent a golf cart, or rent bicycles. It’s a trade off to be in a quiet part of town. No late night drinks leaving the bars.
The condo resort is in great condition. The elevator was a nice touch. They have rolling baggage carts (like in a hotel) to help get luggage in and out. They also have grocery carts for unloading groceries.
The property has two pools. The larger one has bathrooms. It was not heated, and a bit chilly. It has nice cabanas, that are first come availability. The other smaller pool felt amazing! It was almost as warm as a hot tub. It felt great this time of year. The one major drawback is no bathrooms at that pool. Both pools have BBQ grills and an undercover cooking area.
This condo was perfect for us. We didn’t need the second bedroom, but it was nice to have a second toilet available. In unit laundry is always a plus. The furniture was clean and in good working order. There were zero issues checking in or out.
We would definitely stay here again. I recommend this as a great place to stay.
