Professionally decorated former Del Webb Vacation Villa in Sun City Grand. Unit has 1470 sq ft of living space with a large fully equipped and upgraded kitchen. Elegantly furnished two bedroom, two full baths “Juniper” model with many magnificent upgrades and extras. A walled back yard provides security and privacy allowing you to enjoy the covered patio with patio furniture and BBQ. Fully landscaped front and rear yards with automatic sprinkler systems and monthly maintenance. Bombardier NV Golf Cart comes with the unit.
Living room has an entertainment center with a large flat screen HD television combined with VCR, DVD, DVR(HD) and CD player, Tuner/Amp and built-in speakers that extend into the master bedroom suite.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed, armoire with TV, clock radio, phone with answering machine, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, built-in stereo speakers, double sinks in separate dressing area and a full step-in shower.
Guest room has queen-sized bed, five-drawer dresser and two nightstands, ceiling fan, clock radio, closet with bypass closet doors.
There is a full size blow-up bed in the guest closet complete with bedding/pillows, etc.
The inside laundry room is equipped with separate washer and dryer units, ironing board and iron, and vacuum cleaner.
Four championship golf courses are available for guests with two that are within walking distance of the unit. A community center (one of two that are on-site) offer both indoor and outdoor pools, walking track, full state-of-the-art gym, billiards center, arts and crafts center, basketball and tennis courts, lawn bowling/bocce ball, pickle ball courts, and much, much more. Guest activity cards are available for $125.00 per person at the Community Association Management office in the Sonoran Plaza.
Close to all major shopping, restaurants, banks, drug stores and baseball stadiums for professional Major League Baseball spring training events.

We also own our retirement home in Sun City Grand so having the rental property in such a close proximity made perfect sense. The amenities of our Community Association within walking distance of the unit also played a big part in our decision to buy.

I was disappointed in the condition of the unit. It has been a hard rental property. It may have been nice in its day when it was built as a model, but not 13years later. It definitely needs a makeover, some paint would help, remove peeling wallpaper, and a really good cleaning. The mattress in the master bedroom was in poor shape, I had to go purchase a mattress topper. Refrigerator needed a filter for the water dispenser, never got that fixed. The grill was disgusting and dirty mops and sponges were left for us to use. As far as the area, that was great and I will definitely be back to Sun City Grand, just not this unit.
Owner response:Well, unfortunately, these folks were the last ones to stay in the unit prior to its make-over this summer. Living room furniture has been completely replaced along with new 4" memory foam mattress toppers and down mattress covers, bedspread and comforter in the bedrooms. A large selection of DVD's, VHS tapes and Audio CD's along with various board games and a Nintendo video game with 4 controllers. There is a dark walnut backgammon table in the den and a large number of paperback books on a "take one, leave one" basis. The den/office has been furnished with a new TV set, calculator, computer w/flat screen monitor, keyboard, mouse and an HP All-In-One printer. We now have a Bombardier NV golf cart for use by the unit. The cart can be completely enclosed for use in rainy weather or opened fully for use on the golf course. The cart also has an AM/FM radio with CD player.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
