Business stay

Fantastic location - at the top of a very steep hill! Great views. An old building with lots of creeks and quirks - beautiful old wood floors - so you hear a lot from the neighbours. But it’s charming and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Very warm and comfortable.

Gateway to St. John

We loved The access to the heart of St. John.( we parked our car and walked most places) The access to a small deck overlooking the city The spacious and well appointed design of the apartment. Including the small washer and dryer Parking was never an issues Would we stay there again..absolutely A couple of small caveats The location while convenient requires a walk down and the up a San Francisco like hill. It is on a main road, you will hear the traffic, though we never found this to be a problem as we were so tired :) The ceiling is very thin, you will here thd people above you walking around, again manageable especially for people use to appartment living

Comfy with gorgeous views

This property has so much character and warmth. We enjoyed the local artwork and gorgeous wood floors and original fireplace. The view was breathtaking and the bed comfy. Location was also awesome with parking included. We were Delighted with our stay and would definitely recommend.

central, convenient, great view, very dog friendly

Great location to walk to all the sights in St. John's. Parking was on street but we never had trouble getting a spot. Comfy and spacious. lshort walk to puppy friendly potty place. Only downsides were out of control of the owner....morning traffic right outside the window was very loud. But, we wanted to be in the city and that's the trade off.
