This property boasts the most spectacular view of the Narrows that the City of St. John's has to offer as you enjoy all the comforts of home. From here you can spot icebergs, whales, all of the ships coming in and out of the harbour and a view of the downtown. It is also perched on top of Jellybean Row, at the top of the most photographed street in the City. Close to parks, coffee shops, shopping, grocery, etc.

As a guest of the Queen's Road Suites we are offering you and a friend exclusive pricing on a dinner and a show at The Spirit of Newfoundland Productions theatre and the well known Screech Room. As our guest of the apartment, you will receive the show and a full 3 course meal at an exclusive rate of $38.00. The regular rate is $68.00 for the general public. We do daily Screech-Ins 2:30 and 4:00. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Great view; large, comfortable, quiet space

A large, welcoming space, comfortable bed, great shower, fantastic view, washer, dryer...everything you could want and nice and central to everything! It was also quiet, which I appreciated as I was on a working vacation. You do have to walk up to the 3rd floor, but the view is worth it!

fun historic apartment with amazing views

Great apartment within quick walking distance to downtown restaurants and shopping and easy driving distance to the University. The apartment was well stocked with all our needs (other than food and drink). Fantastic to be able to do laundry before going home. Kathie was great at responding to any questions. Have recommended this apartment to many of my friends already. And, just as an FYI Tim Horton's is just down the hill. :-)

This was a very charming apt with a spectacular view of the ocean.

Awesome view

Stayed two weeks in Feb 2017 in this is a delightful apartment and the view out over the harbour to The Narrows and Signal Hill cannot be beaten. We were left some wood for the fireplace and received a discount for the Spirit of Newfoundland dinner theatre. An on street parking pass is provided. The washer/dryer is also a bonus. We could have done with an extra medium sized saucepan but this is a minor quibble.

Great location and walking distance to beautiful downtown St John's

The unit had an amazing view of St John's and ideally located in the city. It was easy walking distance to the downtown area. It was close walk in distance to grocery store, liquor store and many restaurants.

The unit has everything a person requires for an extended stay ... Dishes, pots and pans etc.

Apartment sits perched over the infamous Jellybean Row. You can easily see Signal Hill and the Narrows. You can even see whales blowing and jumping in the distance. Located in historic Rawlin's Cross, you'll find that feet away are coffee shops, a major City Park (Bannerman), spa, restaurant, corner store, ice cream parlour.

Cancellation Policy - If reservation is for 3 days- one week, we require one week notice for full refund. If reservation is for more than one week, we require 2 weeks notice. Otherwise your security deposit will be forfeited.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
