Behind a charming garden gate, through your own private entrance is a bright,cozy, quiet retreat conveniently located .8 mile from the village of Carmel-By-The_Sea. Our very spacious studio is a pleasant walk or quick drive to exceptional restaurants, shops, beautiful beaches and all that Carmel and the Monterey Peninsula has to offer.
Our studio is tastefully done in country french style with warm provencal colors. Our comfy queen size bed comes complete with a Pierre Deux down comforter and pillows and reading lamps. Our studio is planned to provide you with built-in bookcases with lots of books, cable television to wach from bed or the sitting area, a DVD for movies, and DSl access for your laptop.
Enjoy having your own favorite coffee or tea along with your breakfast at a lovely French antique table next to our fully appointed kitchenette with white tile and sunny yellow fauxed walls. Pick up some wine or cheese or a meal to go when you don't feel like eating out. We also have a fully tiled bath with tub/shower, window, and built-in cabinets with plenty of room for your bubble bath.
A small cobblestone patio with a bistro table and chairs, ferns and pots of lavender is a perfect setting for a glass of wine from the local award winning wineries or a cup of tea with a pastry from the popular Carmel bakeries. Our private garden is enclosed with an tall ivy covered fence, flowers, a tall stately redwood and beautiful mountain views.
Park your car off the street in our large driveway, check into our "le Petite chambre", and enjoy a perfect get-away for two. A lovely spot for an anniversary, birthday, or special week-end. Not suitable for children.
As a special welcome, we like to include a fresh fruit bowl, a bottle of wine, assorted breakfast things for our guests. There are also 2 Guest Passes to the world class Monterey Bay Aquarium valued at $150.00 for unlimited use. |
