This brand new beautiful villa has everything that you could wish for and will accommodate up to 10 guests. Spread throughout the 3,400 square foot air conditioned interior are 2 downstairs lounge areas with an upstairs den. There are 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are master bedrooms with en-suit facilities, one of which can be found on the ground floor lmaking it ideal for the those who experience difficulty in climbing stairs.
The interior as been individually created for guests to enjoy the best possible contemporary living environment with superior furnishings, each piece having been carefully bought by the owners to compliment each room. The villa has an individual stylish look making it different to other villas where owners have purchased a furniture package thus making them all look similar.
The south/west facing pool & spa enjoys one of the best views at The Retreat as it overlooks a wooded conservation area making it an ideal area to lay back and enjoy the Florida sunshine all day long. In the evening watch fantastic sunsets and if your an early riser you can watch the hot air balloons float by in the early morning mist. The villa is set in landscaped grounds and is not overlooked at the rear. Enjoy complimentary internet access (broadband with high speed wireless connection) and the local and long distance phone service.
View cable TV via 3 HD flat wide screen sets together with DVD players. The large upstairs den is the ideal place to lay back and watch those movies you were intending to watch but couldn’t find the time. We were booked with XL airline , as soon as David and his business partner heard of the problem he contacted us with advice on how to re book, he managed to obtain cheap car hire for us , put us in the direction of cheap theme park tickets , he was such a help. The villa ,during our visits to Florida this is without doubt the best villa we have ever stayed in,so much attention to detail.I will definatly recommened this villa to friends as a lovely place to stay in Orlando as its a great place for a family holiday .

When booking a property on the internet it is always a worry if when you arrive the villa will look the same , be in good condition . We are so glad we booked ths property, as when we arrived , the villa was even better looking than in the pictures , so clean , spacious the furnishings were lovely .Our kids were never out the pool.

Our first trip to Orlando with our children and did we all have a great time ,yes . David is so helpful , answered all our many quetions before we set off , he became a friend to us over the internet and fone.The villa,we adored it,so clean,spacious,lovely furnished , and the kids loved the pool ans spa ,its receives the sun till sunset every day.We will defiantly return as soon as soon as we can.(Since the family left their best friends have made a two week booking for 2010 on the Shaws recommendation )

The villa is 3,400 sq ft, the master Californian bedroom is massive , my flat in London would fit in that area alone , the three lounges all unique, each bedroom theemed individually a great pool area over looking a conservation area , the lighting effect at night at something special.

Hello my name is David Morgan , born in Dundee Scotalnd with a Welsh surname : > ) but spent most of my life in London . Recently retired I am now living my dream and that includes owning a gorgeous 5 bedroomed villa in Davenport Orlando. Have spent many a happy holiday in various locations in the USA I finally decided on buying a property in Florida with a buisines partner to help enjoy my retirement.I spent six weeks visiting every furniture store in Orlando and the surrounding area to furnish the property , trying to make it as unique ,differant from all the other villas and a great place for people to stay at during their vacations, and judging by the comments received from many of the guests , all my efforts were a success .
