Imagine a historic 100yo hardwood farmhouse only 3.5 hrs from Nthn Sydney, oozing charm & beauty from every angle. The space
The farmhouse is situated on an ex 100yo dairy in a secluded subtropical coastal valley, & with its rich history spanning three generations of dairy farming, you'll be transported back in time to a bygone era. The historic farmhouse is a work of art, fun, funky and with every detail carefully curated to create a rustic, stylish and relaxing space. There are four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (which incs the luxe outhouse bathroom), so there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious country meal, and the living room and fireplace is perfect for curling up with a good book or watching a movie. The property is a coastal farm surrounded by lush rainforests, national parks, waterfalls, and pristine beaches (inc an award-winning beach).
Guest access
Bond with our furry friends on the farm, the miniature belt galloway cows Socks & Boots (known as Oreo cows in the US), and our horses Bud & Roman. The kids will create lifelong memories and experiences as they hand feed them BYO carrots. Further, In addition to the farmhouse, guests have private use of the luxe outdoor entertaining cabana, the spring-fed swimming water lily pond, and the floating pontoon. The luxe cabana is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the morning birdsong & afternoon sunset views, and it comes equipped with an outdoor kitchen, dining area, and lounge space. The swimming pond is surrounded by lush vegetation and features a floating pontoon with daybeds, so you can soak up the sun and cool off in the refreshing water.

Lovely place

Lovely clean place. Plenty of rooms and big kitchen. Beautifully manicured lawns. Was so cute having the cows around and all fruit trees. Loved cute swing out the Front. We went in winter so it was freezing but nice fireplace/Hester. Stock up on supplies before hand as no shops close by for bread etc. only negative was on one day we noticed a guy in the back yard. He started to cut a tree down and I noticed his car parked in near mine. I contacted owner who told me he’s the lawn guy who comes regularly & without notice, so just be mindful he may pop over and if you are in then outhouse having a bath/shower there are no blinds so keep an eye out. I think a heads up would have been a good idea. Wifi would also add to this beautiful place. In saying this, I would stay here again. Very relaxing and I bet lovely in summer!

The perfect weekend away!

We have just returned from our stay at SOULitude after the perfect weekend away. The location was idyllic, the house had everything you could possibly need (and more!) and our kids are already asking when we can go back. The outdoor verandah was the perfect spot to take in the stunning view and watch the kids have fun running around all the open space. The outdoor bathroom was fantastic and even though it was winter, we all took showers in the outdoor bathroom so we could experience the shower with the view! It was difficult to believe that you were only a few hours from Sydney as it felt like you were miles from anywhere. Thanks so much Dave and Beth for such a relaxing weekend away. We can't wait to come back and stay.

Lovely place

We arrived at SOULitude at midnight 12 and it was freezing cold. The house was neat and tidy. Immediately we switched on the reverse air con and lit the fireplace. The farms were huge and lots of oranges, mandarins and lemons to pick from the trees at your door step. Some cute black cows were behind the fence, never a trouble to us. We could spot some wallabies far away. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of pots and pans. BBQ was also tidy. 👌🏻 The drawback 😔 was we went around the house few times looking for the 2.5 bath mentioned in the stay’s description. We found one in the house and that was quite big. The other bath was in the out house. That’s a huge bath with a transparent view to the farms. Because it was out of the house we could not use it much. Guess that should have been clear in the description of the stay. And we are still not sure which was the .5 bath that was mentioned 🤔 Another drawback if you go there in the peak winters is that the reverse air con is not centralised so you would still be cold in the bedrooms, only in the nights though. During the day if the sun is bright and shinning then it’s quite warm in the house. It was a beautiful place to be but guess we would come back in the summers and not winters.

Great place to spend family time

Lovely tastefully decorated farmhouse. Outdoor bathroom an experience in itself. Fun to sit and spot wildlife or swing under the tree.

Once again it delivers!

Once again Soulitude Farm delivers in spades. The new bathroom is a great addition and cudos is to Dave & Beth for the design and construction. Great location and so peaceful - just perfect for relaxing with a wine or two and our dog had a smile on her face the entire time. Just a fantastic place and a we really recharged the batteries.
