A fantastic, three bedroom, three bathroom house with additional sleeping loft perfect for children over eight. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and there are four more twin beds, making it comfortable for six adults and two children or four adults and four children.
The main living room and dining room have a 20-foot vaulted ceiling.
The home is filled with the owner's original B&W photography, and original art inspired by the music of The Grateful Dead.
The home also features a huge outdoor wrap-around porch with grill and an outside shower.
Inside the home has 2 TVs with DVD in the living room and the master bedroom.
The stereo has an iPod cable and has speakers throughout house and on porch.
No pets, please. House has 8 beds but we really want to preserve the beautiful and expensive furnishings, and keep wear and tear to a minimum, so 6 people max, please. The loft has 2 beds but is really more suited for a kid's playroom and lounge area.

Why the Owner Chose Seaside
As a place to raise my daughters during the summers of their childhood and teen years. Now they are young adults and we do not use the home as much. But we will be hosting my oldest daughter's wedding in Seaside in May 2010. I was (and am) very particular when I researched beach properties. Seaside was the only choice. You can bike and walk everywhere and it has this elegantly shabby feel to it.

We were there for the month of January 2010. There were 2 couples. We had plenty of room. It was an extremely cold January for Florida. We had some trouble with the heat but the owner sent a repairman the day we called. We loved Seaside. We could walk to everything. We took day trips and longer trips while we were there. The pictures are very accurate of the inside. I loved the "reading" room. It is also a very friendly place. You have to visit The Modica Market. Great food. All the restaurants there and in nearby Destin were great.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.
