Ocean Blue Cottage

We had the best time at the BEAUTIFUL Ocean Blue Cottage! The house itself is gorgeous, everything was clean, the kitchen was amazing, the beds were comfortable, and you couldn’t ask for a better location! We definitely hope to return soon!

Spring Break getaway

Perfect location

Our stay was perfect. The house is lovely and exactly as pictured. Location can't be beat, just a few minutes to everything in Seaside and 2 minutes to the beach. The beach is beautiful and private. Communication was clear and timely and we were shown an abundance of consideration every step of the way.

Very compact Quarters

This unit is definitely for 2 people. The kitchen is lovely but the living area is small with a loveseat and 2 straight back chairs. My husband and I are in our 70’s and struggled getting our luggage up the beautiful but tight circular stairs. The owners provided nice beach equipment and the bikes were great!

Outstanding Time

We needed a smaller place this year as we were only taking our daughter and one of her friends. We found this listing and reached out to the manager. She was outstanding and maintained constant communication. Great experience all around and will definitely stay here again.

AMAZING!

Our little cottage was truly amazing and beautifully appointed. It is located 2 blocks from the main square/activity center. So cute and fully functional for our needs. The owner was very attentive and was always available with help when we needed it, which was not often! I would highly recommend!!

Wonderful rental A+

The Oceanside cottage is perfect. The cottage is brand new. The interior is wonderful! Everything you might need. The owner was so accommodating and may everything so easy. The unit is beautiful and wonderfully appointed. The location cannot be beat!!!! The beach is right across the street and town is just three streets up. We absolutely loved our stay. The unit itself is small, perfect for four people. We absolutely would stay again. If you were considering going to Seaside this cottage is wonderful!!

Great for a quick getaway

Perfect for our small family!

My wife and our two daughters stayed at OceanBlue for four amazing nights. The house was perfect. It was spotlessly clean with high-end appliances and fixtures. It is an easy two-minute walk to the beach. Gayle was great to work with. She made it SOOO easy and went above and beyond not just for us, but specifically for our two young girls. She even had brand new beach toys waiting for them when we arrived! In short, we were sad to leave and hope to be back soon!

Awesome guest cottage for 3 or 4

Adorable new cottage in Sea side. Very well equipped kitchen with outdoor grill. Owner provided bikes and locks, beach chairs, wagon, cooler and umbrellas. It’s perfect for a couple with 1 child or two children that can share a bed. The finishes are very nice. Great back patio to eat outside. New washer and dryer which came in handy. Thanks so much for a pleasant stay. The owners are great communicators and delightful to work with. The dishwasher had an issue and they offered to wash our dishes, provided all the paper goods and beach towels so we didn’t have to pack any.

We guarantee that what you see in the pictures is what you get when you arrive. The house is super clean and well maintained! We take pride in sharing our beautiful home with you and your family. We live in our main home full time, so you can expect a quiet and wonderful environment and no rental guests in the main house making noise or in your space. We love our guests and respect their privacy. We are 2 quiet people in our main home.....working away from home most days! The outdoor space of the oceanblue cottage is completely away from the main house living areas and outdoor spaces.

Richard and Gayle are realtors with Scenic Sotheby's International Realty and help others find their paradise here at the beach. Gayle has owned and managed her own rental properties from Rosemary Beach to Seaside for over 20 yrs.
