This beautiful, two bedroom beachfront house rents from Saturday to Saturday. The house sleeps six, has very comfortable beds (a queen in the larger bedroom, two twins in the other bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room) is beautifully appointed and clean. There is a wonderful screened-in porch overlooking the ocean (great sunsets) and a huge lawn outside the back door (also over looking the ocean)--great for evening barbecues or an afternoon baseball game. There is a big outdoor shower (hot and cold running water of course). No smokers or pets please.

We have been staying at this house for several years. It is a beautiful well maintained house with a view of Scarborough beach and Narragansett beach is a short ride down the road. Since the house is so close to the beach sometimes we come home for lunch. We like to eat in and dine out. There is plenty to choose from for the kids and fine dining for the grownups. This house is the perfect place for us to enjoy the beach and the unique atmosphere of the area.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

I was so excited when i looked on last year and saw this beach house for rent. I knew exactly where it was and since my brother was staying two houses down, it was exactly what i was looking for. It was just like the pictures described, but actually so cute when you got to see the whole thing at once. The property is excellent and well maintained. We brought a canapy so that we had some shade and it was perfect. There is an excellent piece of land near it that is great for kids to play, and i mean lots of kids. The owner was very helpful and having put the Washer and Dryer in was a great idea, so that us Moms don't have to truck a weeks worth of dirty clothes home and towels get dried quicker, seeing we are at the beach. I would definitely recommend this to anyone, it is worth it, as you can go drop your stuff at the beach and come home for lunch, and go back and forth all day, that is what actually happens with us. It is the perfect beach house and not to big to clean, which is what i consider a vacation right there. There is Aunt Carries and Iggys which are both Clam cakes and Chowder places, there is also lots of nicer restaurants. You can drive to the pier and see the ferry and boats coming in and get fresh seafood right from the docks. All in all i rate this excellent and would recommend this to anyone who wants a quick walk to the beach and the feeling of being at home at the same time.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, families with young children.
