Beautifully Decorated, Super Clean, Peaceful, Romantic, Trendy, Family Friendly, Full-Furnished WATERFRONT CONDO. Located on lake Kalamazoo (the bay in which Saugatuck overlooks). Some of our amenities include: MOPEDS, WIFI, HEATED POOL, FLAT SCREEN TV's IN EVERY ROOM, FROZEN MARGARITA MAKER, BELGIUM WAFFLE MAKER, ICE COLD BEVERAGE BAR, INTER-NET TV WITH WIRELESS KEY BOARD (PANDORA & NETFLIXS FRIENDLY) , GAS FIREPLACE, CABLE TV, IPOD DOCK, GOLDEN TEE, MINI FOOSE BALL TABLE, AND TONS OF BOARD GAMES. Plenty of nearby Golf Courses, Shopping, Restaurants, Wineries, and Bars. We have owned this condo for 5+ years and have always used the honor system without incident. Booking is simple: No contracts or deposits! Many of our lights are automated. We also provide a detailed, yet simple book on how to operate everything in our place. Our cabinets and drawers are labeled. We prefer you spend your time relaxing instead of stressing on how to work or find everything. Reset assured, you will find our place as clean and beautiful as presented in our pictures (some of our guests think it's better, but we prefer to be modest). Everytime we visit, we add something new or make improvements. We do book far in advance, so the sooner you can book the better. Big fish are to be caught just a few steps out your back door. If your an early riser, you may catch sight of the many deer that visit for a cold sip of Lake Michigan water. Make a frozen Margarita and head down to the pool on a hot day to catch some rays with your favorite book. No need for directions, just follow the catwalk along the water right out side your backdoor.!

This is our 2nd trip to this perfect little hideway...It has a feeling of HOME...LOVE the way it is decorated..EVERYTHING you need is included..The BEDS are so COZY!! We came up for the THANKSGIVING weekend and celebrated with my Family...We couldnt have chosen a better weekend..The WEATHER was great...The house provided everything we needed to have a WONDERFUL visit...I DEFINITELY see trip #3 in my future...THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Wow, the condo was just as advertised, "Clean, cozy, romantic, trendy". The word "trendy" undermines the amazing décor! The amenities were outstanding! We used the WI-FI to seek out attractions, maps and restaurants. For the days we stayed in, we went to the nearby grocery store to eat in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals! My husband of course had to try out the frozen margarita maker. I have to admit, I too enjoyed the frozen cocktails! The Megatouch video game machine entertained us for hours at night. Photo-hunt was our favorite! The absolute best day we had, was taking out the moped's! I was a little nervous, but the 3 wheels certainly makes them a breeze for anyone to ride. We cruised the town, and parking was a cinch. Oval beach was a real treat, not to mention mopeds get in free. The sunset was breathtaking! The owners certainly thought of everything! Can't wait to return! We highly recommend this place. Thank you for the memories, Todd & Kathy

Overall, this was a very nice place to stay at and would certainly recommend it to anyone. Other than a few minor things the place was great. (Stopper in downstairs bathroom was broken, the glass in the fireplace is certainly not kid friendly, no hangers in the closets and limited cable selections). Very good location and easy to get to Downtown Saugatuck. Area was very quite and tucked away in a cove. The pictures displayed are right on and the place was very clean and maintained for the most part. The master bedroom is huge and the king size bed is an obvious plus. Nice to have washer and dryer available and multiple bathrooms. Deck was also nice to sit out on during the evening hours. The owner was helpful with questions and was good at getting back in a good amount of time. I thought the best meals that we ate were at the Everyday People Cafe in Douglas (Gargonzola Pork Chop was AMAZING! and The Mermaid and Phil's in Downtown Saugatuck were very good. Ida Red's was terrific for breakfast. We went into Holland a couple of times and that was nice and ate at Boatwerks for lunch and was good. Walk along 8th street. Wanted to try Windmill Island in Holland, but didn't get to it. Also never got to the dune rides, but it was highly recommended by everyone. If you have younger kids I would certainly take them to The Critter Barn in Fennville. Oval Beach is very nice and quiet and wasn't crowded. Trip was great and we are already strongly considering returning to Saugatuck and the same property next summer.

We were well pleased with the condo. It was decorated very nicely and was somewhat private at the end of the condo area. It faced a small inlet to the lake that had a nice little pier at the end. My husband enjoyed fishing there and caught and released two nice catfish. A deer came down to the lake to drink while we were fishing. The condo had a double balcony with a grill if you wanted to use it. The kitchen was nicely stocked. It was very convenient to Oval Beach, the grocery and Saugatuck/Douglas. It appeared to be very clean. The only odd thing was that when we arrived the beds were not made and laundry was in the washer. We enjoyed our stay and would definately consider this locaton again when we go back. We have been coming to the Saugatuck area for over 25 years. We enjoy the casual, restful atmosphere of the area. Oval beach is very nice and the sunsets are beautiful.

Jay, Just wanted to let you know that your condo lived up to everything you presented on your website. It was spotless and we couldn't help but taking a ton of pictures of the way you decorated!! My daughter wants to move in permanently. Beautiful view, peaceful, close to everything!! We enjoyed your tips on local attractions and restaurants and took advantage of many of them! We took the sunset cruise, the sand dune adventure, and the Italian restaurant uptown had one of the best pizza I have ever ate. We will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommended this property.

We stayed here May 20th - 24th. Really enjoyed the location and the condo is very spacious. Minor point: would be nice to have a few chairs for the deck and working grill.

My family of 4 (all adults) stayed May 27-31. We were thrilled when we first walked into the condo and found that it was truly as beautiful as the photos! Clean, warm and beautiful. The view off the patios is peaceful and lovely. The owner was nice to work with in our planning. We will difinitely stay again and encourage anyone looking for a good home away from home to take advantage of this great condo.
