Wonderful House for visiting Yosemite National Park
"We stayed in the Meadow Woods home from August 1st through 9th of 2015. The location is great with easy access to all parts of Yosemite National Park. If at all possible try to arrive at the house in daylight when approaching, at least the first time. The house is nice and we particularly enjoyed sitting out on the deck for a meal or just relaxing. If you are going to stay here don’t buy any Yosemite Guide Books because the house has all of the good ones. The kitchen also has the little things you might forget to bring, salt, pepper, paper towels, etc. Annie’s tip to stop at the Raley’s supermarket in Oakhurst California if you are coming for the south was a good one. The only store nearby is in Yosemite Village and it is more of a convenience store than a super market. The WIFI is adequate for e-mail and web surfing, but not for streaming movies. There was a problem with WIFI while we were at the house and Annie helped resolve the issue quickly. We loved our trip to Yosemite and the house added to the experience. We can recommend staying here."

"Thank you for such a beautiful wedding weekend! Your lovely home was perfect host to our rehearsal dinner and festivities throughout our stay.
The single-story floor plan allowed our older guests to relax and enjoy time together without worrying about excessive stairs. The large outdoor space allowed us to host our entire family at once and was a perfect setting for our ceremony rehearsal. The fully stocked kitchen also allowed us to cook our rehearsal dinner and bake pies for our reception dessert with ease. The general open floor plan, adjoining deck, yard and parking spaces, number of bathrooms, large kitchen table and island, and fireplace allowed for ease, comfort, and joy in entertaining a large group. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, and the master suite was truly a dream come true for ladies getting ready on the morning of the wedding, and as a cozy retreat for my husband and I throughout the weekend.
Thank you for helping to make our dream of gathering family (from three continents!) for this most special of celebrations in Yosemite come true! Our wedding weekend was everything we had hoped for and so much more. We have made a lifetime of treasured memories in your home and look forward to future gatherings in Yosemite. We are truly speechless at what a wonderful weekend it was, and your beautiful home was pivotal in bringing us together. We would celebrate with The Redwoods a thousand times over and very much hope to gather in your home for anniversaries in future years.
Thank you from the two of us and our entire family - Much love to you and yours!"

"Looks a little smaller than the photos upon arrival. However, there were 5 of us, and once we were there it was great! The faucet on the 2nd floor had a broken handle for the cold water, we called the helper and left a message and never heard back. My dad left the handle on the counter with a note as this had been missed before according to the guest book there. The loft was perfect for my kid. She loved it. The beds are very comfortable! The kitchen well equipped. Good secluded area. But still close enough to everything! Will definitely want to stay here again. Very clean!"

"Everything about this property was perfect; especially the view from the deck. The house was clean, modern and comfortable. The split floor plan with the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite ends worked well for the 2 couples.
It was a 30 minute drive to Yosemite and a 10 minute drive to Mariposa. Mariposa offers shopping, dining and several bars. We enjoyed the Gold Coin Tavern and the Alley."
