  • Best Hanalei Place to Stay!

"A group of friends and I stayed here before hiking the entire Kalalau Trail, and it was the most perfect location and host!!! Diane was super friendly and gave us tons of tips. The place itself was serene with awesome views and plenty of space. Also just a short walk to downtown Hanalei. Can't wait to return!!"

  • Wow... What a view

"The Condo is just as described and fit our needs as we had, 6 adults and 1 child fit into this unit with no problem. The kitchen is just right fro one person at a time. The unit was very clean and the upstairs master bed room was huge along with the bathroom. There are 2 doors (lockable) to the upstairs bathroom. One from the loft and one from the master bedroom. This was nice, as we had 2 adults sleeping on the futons who shared the bathroom. The unit was stocked with plenty of nice towls and we did wash them a few time we were there. Nice also to have the beach towels provided, along with some beach chairs. Kitchen has a great set of Circulon cookware, which I fell in love with and purchased a set once back on the mainland. The view was breathtaking and we saw our share of whales everyday from the balcony while there (bring binoculars). My girlfriend had broke her ankle a few weeks before/with surgery, so the stairs were a challange at first, but she was able to manuver around going up and down the stairs on her rump......and using a Knee Walker to get around. This trip had been planned for a year to take our kids on and since my daughter had never been to Hawaii, this trip to Kauai and being able to stay in a great condo with an awesome view everyday, made the whole trip priceless. All together, this is a great unit and you'll love every minute your there. Only bummer to the whole stay was that there are now bar-b-ques allowed on the property. They have one by the beach, below the condos and the walk to it can be pretty challenging (it's pretty steep, even though its a paved path). Otherwise, 5 stars for this unit, you'll love it..........."

  • Fleeing from New England for 10 days of paradise on the Garden island

"You couldn't get much better than Anini Beach as far as the Garden Island is concerned. I had the opportunity to correspond with Jo the owner who seems like a fabulous person who has much to offer in this 2 plus bedroom rental. She also send lots of information about the island and what were the good takes. The kitchen has a Wonderful new refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave which make this a very workable kitchen. Swimming across the street is ideal for children or those with walking issues. The shed was equipped with beach chairs and activities. We did not want for much, Great outside porch to just sit and watch the pounding of the waves out at the reef. The white sand feels good on the feet and it was good for the soul. Thanks Jo for a wonderful vacation"

"This is an absolute amazing place. Everything about it screams romance!!! Extremely private. Gorgeous ocean views from your bed! Everything about it is 1st class. The worst part of it is you don't want to leave the property, but if you don't you miss all there is to do in Kauai!"

Kauai North Shore Vacation Rentals Offer Beautiful Scenery and Plenty of Opportunity

Whenever the subject of visiting Hawaii arises, you’re sure to hear of the amazing North Shore of Kauai. Kauai North Shore vacation rentals give you breathtaking views, access to local historical villages, and plenty to see and do during your stay here.

Spectacular Scenery near Kauai North Shore Vacation Rentals

Among the renowned natural surroundings on Kauai’s North Shore is the Na Pali Coast. Cliffs along this coast tower 4,000 above sea level and provide great photo opportunities.

When staying in Kauai condos, you may be lucky enough to find a spot along Lumahai Beach, known for the many movies filmed there and beautiful sands many only dream of. The historical settlement of Hanalei is also found in this area, most often a short drive from many Kauai lodging options.

Stay in Kauai Condos and Experience the Na Pali Coast

Many Kauai North Shore vacation rentals are located on the Na Pali coast, which can provide perfect scenery for both a destination beach wedding and a memorable honeymoon. Movie fans love to visit the Honopu Valley, where parts of the famous “King Kong” were filmed. Afterward, you can curl up on the couch in your choice of Kauai condos to watch the original 1976 blockbuster. For a taste of true hula dancing, book your Kauai lodging near Ke ahu a laka Heiau: the site of a famous hula school where many dancers still come to practice their craft.

Step Back in Time at Kauai Lodging in Hanalei

Anyone visiting the original settlement area of Hanalei feels as if they’ve taken a trip back in time. Many Kauai North Shore vacation rentals are found in or near the area, giving you easy access to the surrounding sights and activities available.

You may venture from the Kauai condos to tour one of the wet or dry caves in Hanalei, or even simply visit local shops to find your needed souvenirs. Kauai lodging also gives easy access to Hanalei Bay, Lumahai Beach, Makana Peak, Kee Beach and Waioli Mission House.
