  • Great

"We enjoyed our stay at Lil Apple Bear Cottage. We had to call Ms. Karen about a small problem and she responsed very quickly. The cottage was clean and in a very nice area.A very short distance to the Dollar General at home we call it the "DG" or "Little Yellow Boutique". So glad we found this home away from home. Thanks"

  • Mayberry

"We had a wonderful experience renting this cabin. Brandon was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We ended up renting this cabin on the week that winter storm Octavia hit. We ended up stuck in the cabin for most of the week and Brandon came to the rescue by picking us up and taking us to the grocery store to buy some food. He also called on several occasions to check up on us. On our last day he even came to help us bring all our luggage at the bottom of the hill where we had to leave our car. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and has a lot of extras. Absolutely loved the theater room. As much as we had to stay indoors due to the weather we were never bored. There is a pool table and fooseball for all to enjoy. Not to mention all the extra channels and wifi."

  • Perfect!!!

"I needed a get-away and de-stress for a few days. This cabin was absolutely perfect! I literally sat in the rocking chair all day mesmerized by the beauty of the mountains. It seemed like I could just watch the leaves changing while my stress just blew away in the mountain air. My wife and I have stayed in the Gatlinburg area for many years, but we have never experienced the view like this cabin provides. There are no close neighbors, so privacy was excellent. I've been home for just one day and I'm already having withdrawals to go back to the mountains. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone! 5 stars all the way!"

  • Great cabin, Excellent location!

"We stayed at this cabin for Valentine's day weekend with our two young children, 3 and 5 years old. With only four of us, we had LOTS of room to relax and play. The porch is huge and offers a great view of the mountains. The hot tub was awesome and the kids really enjoyed the game room and the fire pit. If you're looking for peace and quiet then this is the place for you. You really feel like you're in the wilderness in this cabin, yet it's less than 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and also Cade's Cove, which is a must see for everyone! The huge gas fireplace was definitely a plus since temps got down into the single digits at night. The only downfall, if I had to pick one, was the heat in the downstairs game room. There is only one fireplace down there and it takes a little bit to heat up the humongous room. We would turn it on about 30 minutes before going down there to let it start getting warm and that seemed to work okay, but keep in mind that it never got above freezing that day also. Overall though, this is a big and awesome cabin that our family really enjoyed and would recommend for others! The owner was extremely nice and very easy to talk to also, which was a big help. Thanks again, we had a great time and the kids are already asking when we can go back to the "mountain house!""
