Capitano is the largest beachfront home in Destiny by the Sea. With 8,800 square feet of exceptional living space, expansive balconies overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, a rooftop deck, and awe-inspiring architecture, this unique showplace is nothing short of magnificent. Luxury finishings and features include a free-standing balustrade curved staircase, Corinthian columns, and marble and granite countertops. Each room boasts a beautiful view of the Gulf or the nearby lake and provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. Step inside through grand double doors and sparkling travertine stone floors, crystal chandeliers, and glass balcony doors boasting Gulf views will invite you in. You will be taken aback by the luxurious living area with a large sectional sofa and two swivel chairs surround a 60” flat-screen television and an electric fireplace. A bar with a mini-fridge and sink makes entertaining a breeze. Enjoy an extravagant meal at the large, wooden dining room table that seats eight guests. Additional bar seating for three can be found at the kitchen island. Guests who cook in this luxury kitchen will be astounded by how spacious and accommodating it is. With granite countertops, an exceptional amount of cabinet space, and top-of-the-line decor and Kitchenaid appliances, you are sure to have everything you need and more! The kitchen also provides two coffee pots and a spacious french-door refrigerator. Just off the living room is a newly renovated game room complete with a brand new pool table, flat-screen TV, and an electric fireplace. This room also has access to the pool deck where guests can enjoy a dip in the pool and spa tub while enjoying marvelous views of the Gulf of Mexico.

A king bedroom is located on the first floor and shares a bathroom with the main living area. This room provides its guests with convenience to the main living space and features an electric fireplace and private access to the front patio. Make your way up the extravagant staircase to the second floor where four bedrooms reside. Two king suites provide guests with a private bathroom, fireplace, and access to the shared, Gulf front balcony with its amazing views! The double queen suite is perfect for children or couples and is furnished with two queen beds, an electric fireplace and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. This room also has access to the shared balcony with an additional private balcony. A bunk room provides guests with two twin-over-full bunk beds, a flat-screen TV over the fireplace, a sitting area, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. In the hallway, guests can enjoy the convenience of a bar with a mini-fridge, coffee pot, and a sink as well as a laundry closet with a Whirlpool washer and dryer.

The greatest room in the Capitano mansion is the grand master suite which takes up the entire third floor of the home. Featuring stunning, panoramic Gulf views, a private sitting room, and a lustrous bathroom, this part of the home is the creme de la creme. The king bed faces the Gulf directly and provides stunning views through a wall of glass double doors. A two-way fireplace caters to the bedroom as well as the sitting area that comes complete with a sofa, small table, and a full bar with a mini-fridge, coffee pot, and sink. Just off the sitting area is a private office that faces the Gulf head-on. Walk through double doors into the master bathroom that provides guests with a jetted tub with Gulf views, a standalone shower complete with a rainfall showerhead as well as a shower detachment, and a water-closet with a bidet. The walk-in closet presents built-in shelving on every wall and ample space for clothing and shoes.

A guest suite is also located on the fourth-floor rooftop deck and is furnished with a king bed, a full bar with a mini-fridge, ice-maker, and coffee pot, and shares a bathroom with the rooftop deck. The rooftop deck is where guests can enjoy the best views in the house! Whether you're relaxing on the elevated rooftop or entertaining guests at the built-in bar, this space will be used daily.
