A modern private villa,situated on the peaceful residential area of Parque Del Rey,just 15 minutes walk from the beaches,restaurants and shops of Playa Blanca town centre.The villa has its own electrically heated pool,which is surrounded by a South facing,private sun terrace,and traditional Spanish BBQ.There is an alfresco dining area,with pergola roof,to really enjoy those warm evenings.

The villa is furnished to a high,modern standard throughout,and features high domed ceilings for a cool and spacious feel.
There are comfortable,twin leather sofas,LED smart TV,and WIFI in the lounge.
A fully equipped kitchen,with dishwasher,washing machine,full size fridge/freezer.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed,and fitted wardrobes,with a safe.Air-conditioning available on a coin operated basis.
Bathroom has a large shower,vanity and toilet.
Secure off road parking.
A welcome pack consisting of a bottle of Cava,water,milk,tea and coffee on arrival.
Pool Heating is an extra charge during winter months.
A perfect retreat for a couple.(two guests)

Fantastic villa. Perfect for us. Very well appointed and equipped. Nice heated pool. Private and secluded. 15 or so minutes walk to the bars and shops in playa blanca. Communications great from start to finish. Will definitely book again.

Great villa about 15 mins walk from shops, restaurants and nearest beaches. Villa had everything needed. Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Tv with uk channels incl movies and sport.Fast wifi. Comfortsble bed. Good shower. Highlight was private outside garden and heated pool which was cleaned twice during my stay. Good communication from host before and during stay to check everything was ok.

Lovely villa , ideal for us as a couple but also completely suitable for a family of 4. Well equipped with everything you could need. The villa is situated in a quiet area and is a gentle 15 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca so perfect for our holiday.

A lovely peaceful week spent at Villa Lucinda. The pool was a perfect temperature and we ended up spending a lot of time in it. We hired a car but found it only a 15 minute walk into the town and a 4 taxi back from the rank, so only used the car for day trips out or to go to the supermarket.A highlight was the open air dining area which was sheltered and kept most of the wind away and was perfect for eating and sundowners.A brief issue with the pool cover was sorted very promptly by the maintenance company and all in all it was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful villa

Lucinda’s villa is just incredible- airy, spotless and peaceful. We loved the pool which was a good size. Loved the seating area outside. The location is perfect. 15 mins approx to the town with lots of bars and restaurants. The marina area is further but still walking distance. We would definitely recommend this villa …. We are missing it already ! Thanks Lucinda

Lovely home from home

We've really enjoyed our stay here, it has everything you need, and is close enough to the supermarket and restaurants for a short walk. Really pretty surroundings. Lanzarote is now our favourite place. The garden is private and a sun trap, sheildong from any of the winds.

Well maintained villa in a great position. Ideal for a couple. Everything we needed and great to have a contact nearby although we didn't have any issues. Really liked having an alarm as I I find it hard to settle in a strange place. We would definitely recommend to others.

Chilled holiday

This was our 3rd stay in this villa and it was wonderful again, it’s got everything you need and just as described. It’s a nice downhill walk to the town and about 4€ home in a taxi after an evening out. Thank you Lucinda for letting us stay again & Fran is wonderful looking after you if you need anything

Lovely place to stay

The villa was just as described and just like the photos. We had a great stay here and didn’t want to leave. The pool was great & lovely and warm. We didn’t use the facilities much as we ate out every night as most restaurants were reasonably priced also didn’t use the tv as we enjoyed the outside space to chill. It was so peaceful & we felt at home. We would love to come back soon

There was everything we could need and we felt safe and secure in and on the property. Fran was on hand if we needed anything which was reasssuring to know

Great villa, great location

The villa was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed for a comfortable weeks stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning in the main bedroom meant a good night's sleep. Villa location is nice and quiet and it's a lovely 15 min walk down to the harbour area and the start of the shops, restaurants. Communication was great and we received villa details, directions and other useful information about 2 weeks before our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
