Une villa privée moderne, située dans le quartier résidentiel paisible de Parque Del Rey, à seulement 15 minutes à pied des plages, des restaurants et des boutiques du centre-ville de Playa Blanca. La villa possÚde sa propre piscine chauffée électriquement, qui est entourée d'une terrasse ensoleillée privée orientée plein sud et d'un barbecue espagnol traditionnel. Il y a une salle à manger en plein air, avec toit pergola, pour vraiment profiter de ces soirées chaudes.

La villa est meublée à un niveau élevé et moderne partout, et dispose de hauts plafonds en forme de dÎme pour une sensation fraßche et spacieuse.
Il y a de confortables canapés doubles en cuir, une télévision connectée LED et une connexion WIFI dans le salon.
Une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, grand réfrigérateur / congélateur.
La chambre principale a un lit double confortable et des armoires encastrées avec un coffre-fort. Air conditionné disponible sur une base à piÚces. La chambre lits jumeaux comprend deux lits simples et des armoires.
Salle de bain, a une baignoire et une douche au-dessus, grande vanité.
Parking hors route sécurisé.

Lovely villa , ideal for us as a couple but also completely suitable for a family of 4. Well equipped with everything you could need. The villa is situated in a quiet area and is a gentle 15 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca so perfect for our holiday.

A lovely peaceful week spent at Villa Lucinda. The pool was a perfect temperature and we ended up spending a lot of time in it. We hired a car but found it only a 15 minute walk into the town and a 4 taxi back from the rank, so only used the car for day trips out or to go to the supermarket.A highlight was the open air dining area which was sheltered and kept most of the wind away and was perfect for eating and sundowners.A brief issue with the pool cover was sorted very promptly by the maintenance company and all in all it was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful villa

Lucinda’s villa is just incredible- airy, spotless and peaceful. We loved the pool which was a good size. Loved the seating area outside. The location is perfect. 15 mins approx to the town with lots of bars and restaurants. The marina area is further but still walking distance. We would definitely recommend this villa 
. We are missing it already ! Thanks Lucinda

Property was fantastic - everything we needed for our stay. Poll was lovely propert is only 10-15 min easy ealk to all restaraunts cafes etc.Perfect for us. All communication before and during our stay was perfect. Loved our stay and would highly recommend

Could have been better

The villa looks tired both inside and out. Some of the kitchen drawers were broken and there was pealing paint. The pool wasn’t very clean and became cold part way through our stay. Both improved once the pool man had been mid week. Communication was great before the start but not so good when we had a problem.We’ve stayed at other villas in Playa Blanca which were amazing.

Excellent Villa in great location

Lovely clean villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Location is great, 15 min walk to centre. The villa itself is in a nice quiet area so perfect for chilling out. The outside area is lovely and the pool was a perfect temperature for having a dip to cool down. The terrace gets the sun all day and there is a shaded area for when it gets too hot. We booked last minute and the process was very simple. Directions and keycode made accessing the Villa very easy. We travel to Lanzarote a few times a year and this is now one of our favourite villas to stay in. We will definitely book to stay here again.

La villa ben curata, in particolar modo nella zona esterna. La piscina Ú ben tenuta e anche la sala pranzo fuori e strutturata in modo da contenere il vento che Ú una costante piacevole dell'isola. Anche gli interni della casa hanno il necessario per 4 persone. Relaxing week at Villa Lucinda

Second stay at Villa LUCINDA, lovely compact villa that has everything you need. Only the main bedroom has aircon but there is a fan if you need in second bedroom. Lovely pool and pool area. Short walk to the main sea front area with shops and restaurants. Good beaches close by and easy guaranteed parking areas if driving. Good communication from host, easy check in procedure and local management company if you need them. Had a lovely relaxing week and will definitely be back for a third time very soon Thank you Julie and Chris

Had een iets beter onderhouden huis verwacht, niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het was niet super slecht maar naar aanleiding van de gasten reacties en omschrijving op de site viel het me tegen dat het huis zelf, slecht is bijgehouden qua onderhoud aan ramen, deuren, keukenkastjes enz enz. En wat betreft de bedden die waren schoon en de kwaliteit van de bedden was ook goed, maar ik zou zo in deze staat, mijn huis nooit willen verhuren. Er moetbecht hard nodig groot onderhoud en een grote grondige schoonmaak gehouden worden Ik ben misschien verwend, maar had gehoopt dat alles een beetje “frisser” was en beter verzorgd was geweest.

Lovely home from home

We've really enjoyed our stay here, it has everything you need, and is close enough to the supermarket and restaurants for a short walk. Really pretty surroundings. Lanzarote is now our favourite place. The garden is private and a sun trap, sheildong from any of the winds.

Chilled holiday

This was our 3rd stay in this villa and it was wonderful again, it’s got everything you need and just as described. It’s a nice downhill walk to the town and about 4€ home in a taxi after an evening out. Thank you Lucinda for letting us stay again & Fran is wonderful looking after you if you need anything

Casa Lucinda

The villa was exactly as described and depicted in the photos. We have stayed in a lot of villas with pools over the years and this is easily amongst the very best. There was everything we could need and we felt safe and secure in and on the property. Fran was on hand if we needed anything which was reasssuring to know

Lovely Villa

Location was perfect for us, close enough to walk to the seafront with a lot of the restaurants, and yet far enough to be very peaceful. The pool is lovely and well maintained by the “pool guy” (didn’t get his name). The only downside is that it was very very hot during our stay and the lack of aircon in the second bedroom made sleeping difficult. Overall though we would recommend.

Great stay at Casa Lucinda 5*

We had a fabulous stay at Casa Lucinda. The property was clean, comfortable and and the pool was an added bonus. The centre of Playa Blanca is a 20 minute walk with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. We often took a taxi back at the end of the evening as it was only around 4 euros. Communication prior to the trip was easy and Lucinda was great at responding quickly. During our 10 nights stay, Fran popped by to ensure all was well and even had a linen change during our stay. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday and we hope to return in the future.
