So relaxing!

The apartment was just as we’d hoped, very well equipped for our needs and in a lovely location. It’s a short stroll into Moraira town and less to the nearest supermarket and restaurant. Ray met us very promptly and was so helpful and friendly with the check-in process - he even left us some welcome goodies, thank you! Thanks also to Saida for her quick response to our booking and an initial query 🙂. One very small suggestion would be some bedside lamps in the master bedroom - it would make late night reading less anti-social for my husband lol.

Modern secure apartment in an excellent location. Very friendly owners who gave us a late check-out :-) Had the lovely pool to ourselves majority of the time! Would definitely re-visit in the future Thanks Saida & Miguel

We are Miguel and Saida, owners, and both of us have lived and worked in Moraira for many years. Miguel runs a physiotherapy clinic in the area called Medifit-Reha and I am part of a legal and tax consultancy based in Moraira.
We bought this apartment in Moraira, because we love the urbanization and we believe that it will be an ideal retirement one day. At the moment we live in a bigger house because we have three daughters, and big family.
We will be happy to help you with any additional questions you may have.

La propiedad está hecha con materiales de primera calidad, es única en Moraira. Los espacios comunes son amplios, la ubicación de la propiedad es única, al estar situada a tan solo 200 metros del centro urbano, es muy silenciosa y al mismo tiempo cercana del centro urbano.
Hay supermercados muy cerca, a 200 metros, así como restaurantes, cafeterías, etc.
La playa se encuentra a 400 metros cuadrados, a la que también se puede ir caminando cómodamente.
La urbanización y/o completo donde está ubicada es ideal con preciosos jardines y magnífica piscina comunitaria donde niños, adolescentes y adultos podrán relajarse y divertirse.

The property is made with first quality materials, it is unique in Moraira. The common spaces are spacious, the location of the property is unique, being located only 200 meters from the city center, it is very quiet and at the same time close to the city center.
There are supermarkets very close, 200 metres away, as well as restaurants, cafés, etc.
The beach is 400 square meters, which can also be walked comfortably.
The urbanization and / or complete where it is located is ideal with beautiful gardens and magnificent community pool where children, teenagers and adults can relax and have fun.
We love this property, because it is situated in a fantastic complete, beautiful gardens and very well maintained. There are only 4 apartment blocks with few neighbours. It is a ground floor that has a large terrace, very nice, partly covered, and also with awning, to protect from the sun on hot days.
The living-dining room is very spacious and cosy with large sliding doors and lots of light. The kitchen is also spacious and has everything you need.
Well finished bathrooms with all the details, one with bath and another with a large shower.
Comfortable rooms.
All on one floor, which makes it ideal for families with children and seniors.
