Flats Friends Nave is a building located in the heart of Valencia, next to the Jardines del Parterre and La Paz street. It is a small building with 6 apartments, so there is no crowding of people. The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.
The apartment has all the amenities you are looking for in a hotel, like personnel available every day or free wifi. At the same time, you can enjoy the city like a local thanks to the complete kitchen at your disposal and the privacy offered by the quiet pedestrian street in which it is located.
Flats Friends Nave is an apartment renovated in December of 2017, completely furnished and prepared to accommodate up to 8 people. It has three double bedrooms (two with double bed and the third with two single beds) plus a sofa bed in the living room, cotton sheets and towels, modern kitchen and two bathrooms with shower.
When you feel like going out, you are 5 minutes walking from the historic center if you walk to the left and from the main shopping area (Colón and Don Juan of Austria streets) if you go to the right. It is the ideal location to discover the city on foot!

La ubicación y el apartamento estan geniales. El apartamento es muy espacioso tanto en las zonas en comun como las habitaciones.
Lo único que podrían mejorar es la calidad del colchón y las almohadas

La localización y la facilidad de la llegada y salida.
Menaje de cocina escaso, quizás algún detalle más como papel de cocina. Eramos 7 personas y solo dejaron 3 rollos de papel higiénico para 4 noches.

Spacious. Bit noisy in the back bedroo.s f4om people above, but nothing ongoing into the small hours. Location great for city,bars and restaurants. Very close to colon metro station
