Luxury Villa Nautica Terza with Pool is a duplex and consists of 2 villas. The total capacity is 12+4 people. Each villa has 3 bedrooms with a comfortable king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and a beautiful sea view. The master bedrooms have a balcony and a jacuzzi in the bathrooms.
This 5-star accommodation will definitely amaze you with its comfort and modern arrangement. The ground floor of eachvilla consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area. From here you can exit to the pool terrace which is equipped with deck chairs and offers a nice sea view. Each villa features its own private heated swimming pool

Very nice!

The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the morning coffee on the patio. Lots of hot water for showering was very nice. It was an easy walk to the UNESCO Village of Trogir and taxis and came rentals are easy to find. The whole villa was very nice. Thank you.

Highly recommended!

Vacation was great. Villas our group stayed at were awesome! We enjoyed every moment spent there. Trogir is only 5 minute drive and there you can find some very good restaurants. For night life there is a beach bars only 10 minute drive. Highly recommended!

Wonderful!

Awesome two villas we stayed at! Very clean and everything is new and luxurious! The heated pool was excellent! It allowed us swimming in the early morning before breakfast. Our host was very helpful with advice and tips on where to eat and what to do. We booked a chef for dinner and it was phenomenal. We recommend these villas to everyone.

Great location

Unfortunately we stayed in Trogir for a week as this is a very nice place with a great old town and many restaurants. Villa has top facilities and it is very modern and on a great location. Absolutely to be recommended.

Recommend!

This place is an amazing value! Accommodates 10 travelers comfortably. We selected this because of the proximity to the airport, which is only ten minutes away by bus (15 min. walk) or Uber. You can also walk to Old Town. Gracious host that accommodated our changing arrival time. I would highly recommend.

Amazing

Amazing villa if you are traveling with a group of friends. Is has a lot of space, it is very close to the center of the old town Trogir, where you can find restaurants, bars, and nightlife. We loved the villa very much.

Perfekt!

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der Villa. Es ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und liebevoll hergerichtet. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt von Trogier. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa.

特别棒!整个旅程中性价比最高的房子,独栋带花园,比照片还漂亮,温馨漂亮,设施完善｡地理位置优越,很好找,走10分钟就能到老城,3分钟就有大超市,生活出行都很方便｡非常喜欢特罗吉尔这座小城｡有机会会再来｡

7-star accommodation! Super clean, comfortable beds, beautiful decorations and some small touches, such as water in the fridge or a treat, that make a great difference! Also, safe private parking & walking distance from old town! Totally recommended!

Fanatastic

This is a fantastic place to stay. I can thoroughly recommend it. It’s really close to the center of Trogir which is beautiful. The house itself is full of thoughtful touches such as beer in the fridge and coffee and biscuits. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.
