Haga de estas vacaciones lo mejor posible. Ya sea que busque un ambiente romántico o una comodidad para su familia, el placer es suyo. Esta auténtica casa mediterránea fue construida en una propiedad cercada de 1700 metros cuadrados, situada en las laderas de la colina Kozjak. Es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la tranquilidad del jardín de olivos, el canto de los pájaros y la brisa ligera. La villa está ubicada en Kastel Sućurac, una ciudad ubicada entre dos ciudades con patrimonio de la Unesco, Split (a 10 km) y Trogir (a 16 km), que ofrece la experiencia de un ambiente pequeño, tranquilo y privado, pero también está a solo minutos de muchas atracciones. Esas dos ciudades pueden ofrecer.

Villa Mediterraneo está decorada en estilo rústico, en la planta baja hay tres dormitorios, un baño, cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar y una terraza. En la primera planta hay un dormitorio, baño, cocina, sala de estar con sofá cama y un balcón que ofrece vistas panorámicas de la bahía de Split y Kastela. Toda la casa tiene sistema de calefacción central, y 4 condiciones de aire.

La cubierta de la terraza inferior tiene una piscina de 30 m2, cocina de verano con barbacoa y refrigerador para vinos, mesa de comedor para 10 personas, tumbonas, inodoro y ducha al aire libre. Ofrece vistas al mar y a la montaña, donde podrá relajarse y descansar.
También hay un área de juegos con trampolín y una casa de juegos con tobogán para niños.
Junto a los olivos, encontrará higos, granadas, manzanos, perales y cerezos, y muchas otras plantas mediterráneas como: romero, lavanda ...

El supermercado más cercano está a 2 minutos en coche, los restaurantes a 2 km, las playas a 3 km, el aeropuerto a 14 km y los centros comerciales a 10 minutos en coche.

Milivoj was a wonderful and very helpful host, he provided us with some fantastic recommendations for activities to do and places to dine, nothing was too much trouble. We all enjoyed our stay at his wonderful villa tremendously. The facilities are fantastic and the pool was fabulous for the whole extended family to enjoy. We highly recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday.

Perfect place for a big family trip!

Very nice villa and perfect for a big family. 3 apartments within the villa to ensure privacy aswell as big common areas. The children had lots of fun to do and the pool area was perfect with the bbq next to it. The area where its located demands a car or taxi to move around but easily accessed from the main road. Cant do anything other than recommend it for your vacation house!

Wonderful house with great view

A really great house with three apartments. Great social areas for dinners. Very nice garden and pool. The view of Split and the sea is stunning. The maintenance of the estate is very good. And the host is very engaged and helpful. We highly recommend this house and the host.

Family holiday to Split

We had a really lovely stay in this beautiful villa. Perfect for families with children aswel as without. Approx a 20minute drive from the airport and 20minute drive into Split. Ubers are very reasonably priced compared to in the UK. Lovely local cafes and restaurants a ten minute walk away. Communication with the host was great. Who was happy to help with any questions. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing villa handy location

We took a chance on booking this villa as we had never been To Croatia. We were very pleasantly surprised. Milo & Anna were at the villa to greet us which was lovely. Milo took me around the neighbourhood to show me the bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery etc which j found extremely useful. The villa is spacious, very peaceful and spotlessly clean. There was some groceries left for us (including a bottle of wine), which was very handy. Throughout the week Anna kept in touch by text to make sure we were enjoying our stay. She even arranged delivery of a tray of Gluten free cookies for my wife (she is celiac).They were not imposing, just wanted to make sure we had the perfect holiday (Which we did!). The villa is situated 15 mins from the airport, in between Split & Trogir (both beautiful places to visit). Looking forward to returning. Thank you so much.

Spacious Villa

We enjoyed five nights at this wonderful villa. Milivoj met us at the villa upon our arrival - even though we were 4 hours later than initially estimated. He even had beverages for us in the refrigerator. The three separate units or "apartments" that comprise the villa were ideal for our group of three couples. The spacious common area in the largest apartment was perfect for group gatherings. Especially with long wide balcony with dining area and separate area with couch and chairs and table. Could easily seat 12, especially with additional indoor dining area. Villa is beautifully decorated. Immaculately clean. Plenty of dishes and glassware and cooking items for our breakfast and dinner preparation in the main apartment. Other two units have own kitchen and supplies as well. Heated pool is wonderful. Villa is well situated to explore Split, Trogir (north), and Omiš (south). Or easily take ferry from Split to one of the islands. (We visited Hvar.) The town of Kaštel Sućurac where the villa is located is also quite charming with waterfront cafes and an area for swimming. Milivoj provided us with restaurant, bakery (Bobis!), ferry, and sightseeing recommendations which were very helpful. We would highly recommend Villa Mediterraneo!

Awesome Villa

This is a fabulous villa that suit any large group with its spaciousness while at the same time providing privacy in the way that it is laid out, in apartments. This does appear to be the way of doing things in Croatia and it works well. With the three separate apartments, there are different sleeping arrangements which would suit a large group of friends or family. There are also a range of communal areas from the comfortable loungers around the pool; the outdoor kitchen area with its large table and all the facilities for eating outside including a wine fridge and peca oven; the large deck outside the large ground level apartment with its table to seat 10 and the upstairs apartment with its significant space inside featuring an oversized TV, comfortable couches as well as a dining table seating 10 both inside and on the outside terrace. The views of Split were magical, especially at night and the location on the hillside of Kastel Sucarac meant there were also pleasant winds blowing keeping you cool outside. Inside, the air conditioning throughout all apartments was sufficient to keep us all cool in July/August so great for sleeping. All the interiors were of very high quality, immaculately clean and with plenty of linen including large swimming towels. All the beds were comfortable and a travel cot/ high chair was provided for our one year old. He enjoyed all the pool toys provided, especially the range of balls. We could have made great use of the gym but were more likely to be found on the loungers by the pool during our stay. Our host Milivoj was superb with clear communication before arrived and a thorough tour of the property on arrival. He provided us with great Croatian wines, juice, oil that he had produced from olive trees on the property and doughnuts! All our questions about local restaurants, activities and other queries were responded to immediately. His recommendation for Restoran Nautilus on the waterfront, a 10 minute walk away was excellent and we ate there twice during our week’s stay. The location of the villa meant that there were lots of places of interest to meet all our needs: Game of Thrones castle, Trogir and the beaches near there, Sibenik and of course Split within a 10-15 minute drive. We loved the local beach, located by Nautilus and with great swimming and much less crowded than those near Trogir and again a quick walk away. We have stayed in villas in Greece, Italy, France and this one, the best!

We hebben met 10 volwassenen een fantastische week gehad in deze supermooie villa. Alles was perfect: een heerlijk zwembad, een buitenkeuken met BBQ, een sportruimte én een adembenemend uitzicht over de Adriatische Zee en Split.De villa is ruim opgezet, met veel slaapkamers en genoeg plekken – zowel binnen als buiten – om samen te eten, relaxen en gezellig te zitten. Gastheer Milivoj was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij stond altijd klaar met tips en suggesties om ons verblijf nog aangenamer te maken.Een absolute aanrader!

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans la maison et avons été enchantés. Nous étions 7 adultes, 3 adolescents et 3 enfants et chacun avait sa espace. Un terrain superbe avec arbres fruitiers, piscine avec serviettes disponibles, cuisine extérieure, terrasse avec magnifique vue sur la mer, parc extérieur pour les enfants, gymnase, etc. Aceuil plus que chaleureux par le propriétaire (Millivoj) qui répondait rapidement à nos questions par courriel lors de notre séjour et qui s'assurait de notre confort. Une villa idéale pour passer des vacances entre amis ou en famille

Le propriétaire est méga sympathique et hyper réactif à toutes nos demandes. Il nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour profiter au mieux de la région. La villa est très belle, propre et parfaitement équipée (intérieur et extérieur) de tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin pour passer une semaine de vacances!! Les jardins extérieurs sont également très bien entretenus avec des arbres fruitiers (figuiers, oliviers, amandiers...). Idéalement situé proche de Split et Trogir. Commerces très proches.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Blick

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich um alles. Wir haben auch sehr gute Restaurants von ihm genannt bekommen. Wir haben das Haus mit zwei Familien gemietet. Toll ist, dass die Wohnungen mit einem separaten Eingang abgetrennt sind. So kann sich auch jeder Mal zurück ziehen. Vor allen Fenstern sind Mückennetze, was bei der Vielzahl der Mücken wirklich toll ist. Der Pool ist richtig toll. Auf den Liegen unter den Sonnenschirmen konnte man den Kindern schön beim Plantschen zuschauen. Beim Essen konnte man von der Terrasse auf das Meer schauen und Split bewundern. Es war ein wirklich sehr schöner Urlaub.

Solides geräumiges Ferienhaus mit schönem Pool

Der Vermieter kümmert sich sehr intensiv um das Wohl der Gäste, ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sehr geräumig. Es hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung, besonders auch für Kleinkinder. Kinderbett, Spielsachen und Kinder-Schwimmutensilien wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben dort zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht.

The amazing Villa Mediterranean in Kaštel Sućurac

What a fantastic stay we had; if you’re considering staying here too, you should definitely do it! Milivoj met us at the villa and showed us round. To begin with, the facilities themselves are superb; clean and efficient with all the things you’re likely to need during your stay. The little touches set this experience apart. Milivoj had set us up with bread, ham and toiletries, enough to mean we could eat and drink and keep the children happy without an emergency trip to the supermarket on the first night. The neighbourhood isn’t touristy but extremely well situated for all the amenities and the villa itself is a bit of an oasis, beatifully executed and situated amongst cherry and lemon trees. An idyllic venue against the backdrop of the mountains. As a host, Milivoj was exemplary. He was friendly and beyond helpful, frequently going out of his way for us. The villa was everything we’d hoped for and everything we needed. Milivoj elevated our experience through his superior hosting. We are a plain speaking family and don’t gush if it’s not deserved. It absolutely is and we’re confident you’ll love the Villa Mediterranean, the Kaštels and Croatia.

Enjoy!

The villa is an ideal holiday destination. Lots of interesting sight seeings, shopping and beaches are close within a short drive. The house ist well equipped and especially the pool area is very beautiful and perfect for relaxing, swimming and sun bathing. The outdoor table and kitchenette are very convenient for long evenings outside. The house is very suitable for families as it offers lots of toys and stuff for kids. Our hosts were very kind and extremely helpful in all matters what we appreciated very much. They get our full recommondation. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Thanks Ana and Milivoj for your hospitality - we felt very welcome!

Very beautiful villa

The villa was better than our expectations. When we arrived, the owner was waiting for us and showed the house. He gave us as well many tips for restaurants, citys and beaches to visit. We have used the swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen a lot because of the great weather and the great view. We definitelty recomend this beautiful villa.
