Every condo has new windows and sliding glass doors. We had some cracked tile caused by construction, so we replaced all of our tile. We have also painted and put in new carpet in bedrooms.
The construction on the entire property is now completed!

You’ll feel like you are sitting on the beach in this third floor condo. The living area has been expanded, but still has a balcony that seats 4 comfortably with nice outdoor seating. Mirrors and windows encompass the living, dining, and kitchen area optimizing the beautiful view. King size bed in master, 2 double beds in each of the guest rooms. You won’t find a condo closer to the water in Destin! It has a full size washer and dryer. Shoreline Towers offers a rental beach service that will set up an umbrella and 2 chairs March through October.
