Well maintained townhouse with a total area of 180 meters, 2 bedrooms, 5 sleeps, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces, 2 balconies with stunning ocean views.Both bedrooms have its own exit to the private balconies and bathrooms. There is one big wardrobe in each bedroom. Home Appliances: induction stove with oven, washing machine and dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, juicer, TV-LED, DVD, English ,German and Spanish channels, hairdryer, coffee maker,iron, ironing board. WiFi. There is a safe. All accessories for the bathrooms and linens for the bedrooms are in stock.There shampoo,soap.All utensils for serving are in stock. On request: cot, feeding chair.

Why they chose this property
I love our residence. Here you can enjoy the silence in the pool area. Surrounded by banana plantations, overlooking the majestic mountains. The view of the ocean sunset from the balcony is unforgettable. The house is very comfortable and convenient. They're coming back to us!
